They have messed up my order many times. Ordered a slush today and it was straight liquid.
Not to mention a few of their employees are very rude & think their right.
After waiting 20 mins for my order the carhop brings out two drinks that are not mine. I call her back to my car and she said oh those are not urs. So she takes them. Few mins later she comes back and asked what did I even order. I showed her on the app what I had. So here I am 30 mins later and still have not gotten anything. This Sonic just needs to be shut down. This is no way to run a business
