“We ordered a cake for my sister's 90th birthday. We live about 5 hours away & it was challenging for me to order it from a distance. It seemed like "Mom & Me" didn't have much understanding or empathy for my concerns, about my choices. I was anxious that it be really lovely for my sister.

“Shout out to Management .Today we are in a Tornado warning.About 2o customers and staff were locked down in the Meat and Dairy coolers.They remained calm, allowed us to put on jackets,had a chair for an elderly lady. They went above and beyond. They apologized for the cold even. Thankful !!!“
