Worth the hype!! I have been here twice now and have had great experiences. Great atmosphere, and it’s fun to watch the crew bake their items in front of you!They’re consistent and have good service. First time trying and I will be back! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I had the breakfast bagel and a cinnamon swirl. I did go on the weekend and was a little busy both indoors and outdoors because there isn’t a lot of room but they get you in and out pretty fast. I could tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the experience for his customers. I watched as he watched how things were going. That alone spoke volumes to me. Limited sitting space. I came here hunting for sourdough bread and came out in love.I found the best croissant, which is even better.They take cash and card payments.I watch the bakers make the croissant dough, and I think, "I want to be dough." They fold and mold the paste, and they put the butter on and fold it again.This year, for Halloween, I will dress up as flour, stand by the door, and see if one of the bakers takes me and turns me into a croissant .Great bagels !
