Ordered one meal and a single sandwich All I received was one sandwich and a tea
Sorry, but my to go order, 2 chicken biscuits were burned. I was 5 miles away before I opened my order up.
There was a bunch of kids going on a field trip today and we all each got our food super fast. plus that , the workers were super nice!
Always quick service despite the long drive through lines. The workers keep it moving and I've never had to get all the way to the window to get my food. Love to stop when I'm passing through.
The chicken biscuit in the morning time with some grape jelly and honey
Instead of saying " I like or I love" I just say, "I 'chick fil a' ❤️ you.

Great service! Per usual
Chick Fil A has always been a very good experience and we love going to CFA on our road trips. Unfortunately this one in West Memphis is very disappointing. For the food some of the buns were stale, the mac and cheese was runny and the wrap one of them was missing the chicken in it. For service, 2 out of all the employees were friendly and the rest didn't say much, and never came to our table to check on customers which is consistent with most CFA. I think there is potential for this to be much better with some better training and management.

All of the tables are dirty. The staff seemed uninterested/ distracted when we walked in. Food was left at the counter and the worker (pictures attached) was irritated that we asked about an update with our order. Worst Chick-fil-a experience.

The kitchen workers are doing great. Unfortunately, the drive through worker and baggers were an absolute joke. I had three mobile orders in my car for my family, and all of our items got mixed in between each other’s bags. The worst part was the worker at the window. She gave us attitude when we didn’t even say anything to her. She then told us to pull forward very rudely. She then decides to tell us that they had ran out of Chickfila sauce AFTER we had asked why our sauce was missing! She could have nicely mentioned it to us when we first pulled up, AND offer any replacement options. Truett would be ashamed of this location, and I strongly urge the managers to retrain the FOH crew

Took 20 minutes for nuggest and fries, bags ripped, only 1 person at the register which was a trainee agiants 20+ people, nobody taking out finished orders

Surprised to have a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A. They are usually so solid. This time the drive through staff was rude and the portion sizes were laughable—like the fry container was literally half full.

Food was fine. But the drive thru was confusing. They have one lane just for pick up orders. I’ve never seen this before at a Chick-fil-A so I accidentally got in the pick up lane. We asked the employees and that’s when we found out we were not in the right lane. Instead of helping us she just walked off. Then we asked another employee walking by what we should do and she just kept walking and said “go around and get in the other lane”. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A with poor customer care until today.
