Unfriendly employees mostly the cashier, every time I ask for anything and said thank you she never replied to me and barely answered to my questions. Restrooms are gross and smelly, toilet paper all over the floor, no hand soap etc etc

This particular Chick-fil-A in West Memphis was very busy at 12:30 PM on Tuesday. Nonetheless, the lines flowed smoothly, the Store was adequately staffed, the food was hot, fresh and served with a smile and a thank you. Everything was delicious.

I placed my order online 30 minutes prior to arriving thinking my order would be ready when I got there. I scanned the code when I got there and there was lines of cars in both lanes. After 5 cars finally got their orders I pulled up to the area where orders were being delivered and I still had to wait more time for my order. I am going to be late for work now.

Being in restaurant business this team needs a refresh on service. 1.) One register open with long line 2.) Waited over 10 minutes for cold fries and lukewarm sandwich 3.) When waiting for a refill at least 3 people looked me in the eyes and didn't say anything while others just kept on doing their task (cup in hand with lid off). Customer service is suppose to be great experience and acknowledging during wait time. And lastly if you're going look at someone's face at least smile or speak.
In 20+ years of reading at CFAs, this was the first CFA I've ever been underwhelmed by the service. My family ordered milkshakes with dinner. The food came out in a reasonable time, but the milkshakes and drinks, after being made, sat on the counter for 20 minutes. Aditionally, none of the milkshakes had the toppings on them, even though they were requested when ordered.
