Ordered at the drive through, the guy taking the orders unprofessional and very rude. Told us to pull up and give our order because he couldn’t hear us. ,He seemed to be slow. We started repeating our order at the window, then he tel us we can’t add to our order we needed to go back around. After the idiot told us to cone to the window to complete our order. We just drove off, worst service ever.

Okay so here's the deal. I love love love Dixie Queens food. Especially the wings and chicken Philly and the ice cream. But that said it's become to often that the inconsistent nature of the food os frustrating. There's no going back there to complain because if they didnt do ya right the. First time thru. But yet i still return only n hopes it will consist next time.

I refuse to think that the system is down from 1:30am until 4a . I have been going up there a lot and I changing my time every day I go because of the system your employees say are down . but it never fails , i think it’s time to re staff if they are not willing to work

I went to Dixie Queen earlier this evening, and as I was waiting at the drive through speaker an employee stated they would be closing in 30 minutes. They refused to take my order. I had a taste for a good burger and they refused services due to closing in 30 minutes… Absolutely ridiculous.

Food sit under heat lights 15/20 minutes , waiting on ticket 20/25 minutes , not very friendly, got upside when I ordered wanted to change my mind. Employees kept going over to the store
I been going to this place since I moved here in 2019. Just got an American Deli restaurant here in town also and I must admit, “I haven’t stepped foot on American Deli premises because I am so hooked on Dixie lemon pepper wings. They are definitely finger licking good. So addictive I ask for extra lemon pepper 🤦🏾♀️ Lately I been switching it up to hot/lemon pepper wings. Yu must tell them to hold off on the butter tho. Plenty of other options that I always scan across but I’m always brought back to the 10 piece wing combo. It’s worth every penny. Guys, stop Wht you’re doin and run there now and ask for this combo. You will be a chicken head in a week 😊
