I don’t know why I gave this place another chance. Every time I’ve gone, the line has taken 30 minutes for 2 cars to move. The staff is super rude and super dirty. They always seems to catch an attitude for no reason. I wish Dixie queen could be good again, but the west memphis one definitely isn’t worth going to. The outside looks like absolute trash and they always tell me I’m not allowed to use the walk up window… why have it and keep it open, if customers can’t use it? I won’t be back.

I love my local Dixie Queen, food is cooked fresh to order and is always ??. The staff are always super friendly and polite. Just a few weeks ago, my husband and I took a trip over, and they forgot to give us an order of nachos, I'm like "Oh well, no biggie." The next time we visited, they remembered us!! They ended up making us some nachos right then in there, which I thought was pretty cool. I have never had a negative experience here, highly recommend it. ?
