Someone needs to update the hours got there at 5pm and they were closed on national doughnut day of all days

I grew up in WM, and had the opportunity to go home two weekends in a row. I ordered hawaiian delights the first weekend and it was lite on pineapple and coconut. I communicated to the team, and asked if they had changed the recipe. They said they had not, and would pass the information on. I ordered a second time the next weekend, and they were still lacking. The center should have a yellow color like pineapple, however the center looks pale and you cannot taste the coconut. Howard's I'm unsure if I'm going to give you a 3rd opportunity?

Pulled up to Howard's Do Nuts right before they closed tonight. A kind lady opened the door for us. She said she only had day old donuts which she let us have. They sure didn't taste a day old as they were delicious. Can't wait to go in the morning before church! Thank you again

My family and I came into town for Christmas to visit our family in Arkansas, we were excited to eat some donuts for the time we visited but everytime we went (at 4 am) they were closed! It’s very poor advertising to say you’re opening at a time and it’s false.

Please do not sell old donuts. When the girl said they had some in the back. The assumption was that they were fresh like they used to be. They are hard and old.

My husband and I decided to visit this restaurant because we wanted to experience the good fresh donuts we remembered as children. Nevertheless, we paid over $7 for a half dozen donuts that were stale! I should had known something was WRONG because they were inconsistent in size. To add to the disappointment, we woke up to have coffee and donuts and the donuts were hard as a rock!
