If the restaurant charges such prices, at least have servers that are knowledgeable!Ordered appetizers & wine then ordered 30 minutes later our main course. We got our steaks at the same time. She blamed it on the kitchen. Servers represent the kitchen. The steaks have little flavor. One of our steaks wasn’t cooked correctly at all!!!Poor service & mediocre food!Drive to Memphis to get a better steak & better service.

Food was absolute perfection! We shared the calamari which was cooked to perfection. Cajun pasta and potatoe soup. All of it was so good!All the staff we were greeted and served by were friendly and professional! Our server was first class too! Thank you Silus! He was personable, whitty and so attentive to us! We are going back for our anniversary reservations tonight and cannot wait!

We happened to stumble across this amazing steakhouse while at staying at Southland for the Eclipse. It was my husband's birthday so we took a chance that a casino restaurant might be OK. Were we ever surprised. All three of us got the 8oz filet and our outstanding waitress recommended the bourbon butter which I was reluctant but she didn't steer us wrong. My husband had the lobster bisque which was presented in a bowl full of lobster and the bisque was mixed at the table. We also had a baked potatoes, asparagus and brussel sprouts. The asparagus was nobody's favorite but everything else was a 10/10. The wait staff was fantastic, atmosphere calm and inviting with no feeling that you're right next to a working casino. If you're going to the casino, bring a little extra and enjoy a very special dinner.

The service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks. Never brought salad or soup. Finally brought the soup with our meal and still charged for it. For the prices, the service should be much better. The steak was pretty good.

Initially we were seated next to door where it seemed rather noisy; but after requesting to either have door closed or be moved, we were moved to a more suitable table. We could see in the kitchen. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. The lamb lolli was delicious (will order 2 of these next time). The 6-oz filet was cooked to perfection. Overall, a nice dinner.

Reservations was @5 didn't get seated till 5:20. Was extremely cold inside. Got our food was presented really well but appetizer portions were very small VERY! The beef appetizer was really tough. Everything else we ordered was delicious but brought out on the cold side. Prices are too expensive and could be more reasonable. But overall if they would address these issues it would be a nice restaurant.

Despite some of the other reviews, we had a GREAT experience for our first time here. Although, we were skeptical but Im Soo glad that we chose to go. The food was GREAT! Our waitress was great and the ambiance was too! We will go back for sure!

Noise level way too high. Food was awful last night. Forgot to bring a salad. Forgot to bring us some bread. Took an hour and a half to get served. Shrimp had burnt bacon. The pork chop was nothing but fat and tasted awful and thrown upon some nasty sweet potatoes and horrible vegetables. The sweet potato pave' was hard and not even sweet. We never saw our waitress but one time. We won't be eating there again as this was the second bad experience we had there.

The ambience was perfect, the food spectacular, the service was acceptable accept for one issue; I was treating a male friend for D-day, server greeted us with a signed card for him from staff, perfect table, but issued all attention on male bday guest and female guest, me, was paying the tab. I felt discriminated against by staff member.
Our service from our server was horrible and she wasn't even busy. Our beverages were hot and my food was cold when it got to our table and with the high prices I expected more to be honest. It was our anniversary dinner and I was disappointed.
The three of us had filets and they were perfect ??. Sylas was Amazing as usual, the server assistants were all great too. Door hostess Tina was so welcoming and the new manager Robin was very friendly and welcoming also!

We truly enjoy the Ignite Steakhouse every time we eat there. The staff has always been friendly and professional, but It seems when it is very busy that you don't get the A-1 service that you may have received at slower times. The side dishes were merely just have full and the special request for the salad was overlooked, Had to wait extra time for a bar drink, because we were told the bar was busy. It is overall a very nice steakhouse

From the Hostess (Tina), to the manager (Robyn) and our waiter (Vincent), the experience for my family and I was amazing! We celebrated my mother's birthday but she was greeted a card the staff signed before we arrived- what a special touch!! My cocktail was great (Charred Old Fashion) and the meal was exquisite. The kitchen staff did a great job on my redfish (loved the presentation & sides) and T-Bones for everyone else. Nothing bad to say about anything. Mom wanted an encore the next night, smh!! We will return soon!

The waitress was overwhelmed and it caused slow service. 8 ounce filet was badly overlooked, side dishes were very cold. Was very disappointing considering the cost and expectations.
