We happened to stumble across this amazing steakhouse while at staying at Southland for the Eclipse. It was my husband's birthday so we took a chance that a casino restaurant might be OK. Were we ever surprised. All three of us got the 8oz filet and our outstanding waitress recommended the bourbon butter which I was reluctant but she didn't steer us wrong. Initially we were seated next to door where it seemed rather noisy; but after requesting to either have door closed or be moved, we were moved to a more suitable table. We could see in the kitchen. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. The lamb lolli was delicious (will order 2 of these next time). The 6-oz filet was cooked to perfection. Overall, a nice dinner.

Food was absolute perfection! We shared the calamari which was cooked to perfection. Cajun pasta and potatoe soup. All of it was so good!All the staff we were greeted and served by were friendly and professional! Our server was first class too! Thank you Silus! He was personable, whitty and so attentive to us! We are going back for our anniversary reservations tonight and cannot wait!
