This is our go to steakhouse in West Memphis. Lamar was our first server and it's not surprise he's in management now. We love the attentiveness each wait staff shows us. You won't be disappointed coming to Ignite.
The ambience was great. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was good.

Ignite Steakhouse continues to offer a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant serves fresh water and warm bread, and the food is spectacular, with dishes like redfish and tasty corn. Many guests have praised the food as amazing, particularly enjoying the Cowboy steak and New York strip. The service is excellent, with attentive waiters who provide a great dining experience. Guests have noted how professional and engaging servers like Lamont have been, making their visits memorable.
While some guests have mentioned challenges with seating large parties together, the overall experience remains marvelous. The restaurant also serves a Cajun pasta, which is quality protein with just enough heat, and a smoked Old Fashioned that pairs well with the meal. The atmosphere is nice and romantic, making it perfect for special occasions. Some guests felt that the food was not hot when served, which was disappointing given the price. Additionally, the restaurant does not accept cash, so guests need to use a credit card. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience is positive, with friendly staff and well-cooked food.
