Suggestions for Kelley’s Kickin’ Chickin to improve: Get the orders right. Accuracy is everything! Train the manager on professionalism and respect. Honestly, the employee who answered the phone was more professional than the manager — and that says a lot. Educate staff on the difference between party wings and traditional wings. Customers shouldn’t have to explain this. Learn how to properly cook wings “a little hard” without burning or overcooking them. There's a big difference between crispy and inedible. Hopefully, these changes can help prevent future experiences like mine.

If I could give negative five stars, I would. I ordered 30 party wings with Honey Hot and Lemon Pepper — but they didn’t even bother to add the Lemon Pepper. Strike one.
Next, the drumlets were overcooked to the point of being inedible — dry, hard, and tasting like they were fried in old grease. Honestly, it was like chewing on tree bark.
To make things worse, I specifically ordered party wings, but was given drumlets and traditional wing flats — not what I paid for. I eat wings regularly, so I definitely know the difference.
When I called to explain the issues, the manager was rude and dismissive. Every concern I raised was met with disagreement, zero accountability, and eventually, he just hung up on me. When I called back, I overheard him tell another employee that I was “rude” — which couldn’t be further from the truth. I never once cursed or raised my voice.
Bottom line: I lost $43, and they lost a customer. Plus, I'm feeling sick now. Eat there at your own risk.

$20 for 8 tenders and no sides is hella crazy. Not an ideal place for me anymore.

A buddy and I stopped here for lunch while passing thru. They do mostly drive thru business but have a couple tables inside. When we told the owner we were first timers, he gave us samples of his wings, and we were hooked! I had a kickin tender meal, my buddy had wings. The seasoning on the chicken is excellent, lots of spice, a bit of sweet and a little heat. Seasoned fries were great, the fried okra great. Staff was friendly. I wish this restaurant was closer to Hot Springs, it would do a great business. Hope to return the next time I travel through!

Kelly& I can’t recall his name he’s a older man nice & respectful 10/10 sweet fast & the food was good. Keep them on y’all team they actually some good workers !

I experienced poor service and received an incorrect order. When I requested a replacement, the service remained unprofessional and unfriendly. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

THIS PLACE HAS THE ABSOLUTE FRIENDLIEST STAFF & MANAGER & THEIR FOOD IS SOOOO AWESOME & GREAT!!!!! HIDDEN GEM IN WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN EATING THERE FOR YEARS!!!!!! PARKING IS TIGHT, BUT THAT FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIGHT!!!!

Hands down the best Chicken in Arkansas Them seasoned wings are a hit. You won’t be disappointed food always hot the best slushes. I don’t eat out a lot but I will treat myself to some good Family owned black business Kelly’s Chicken. Your missing out you can dine in call in orders or hit up the drive through

Very good chicken. I had the "Honey gold" and the "Sweet chili" both very good. "Kelly" is the man, and they definitely know how to throw down with that chicken!

The service was quick, the food was hot and delicious.
