An experience for the books. Horrible service and will not return. Staff did NOT expect to work at work. They walked around talking and laughing while guests impatiently waited. The drive thru order was taken with a very poor and ugly attitude. We should've known to leave then! It took ONE HOUR to get 3 regular combos and 2 kids meals made! And on top of that the order was incorrect. We only stayed in line bc we were passing through and we always stop there heading home. Plus we don't have a Krystal's in our city. Never Again though!

Sat in line for over 30 minutes to be told 3x to hold with no reasons behind the hold. After asking for a 4th time, we were told there are only two workers and they're doing door dash orders while their drive thru has 5+ cars waiting, and the lady with Red hair was very rude. If this is what y'all call standard business practice, I'll have to get in touch with the BBB.

Way too much talking going on and not enough working. The lady forgot about my order which I checked twice. I waited entirely too long for my food. Served everyone in drive through and inside that arrived after me. Customer service has gone to the digs. Grits were soupy. I don’t mind talking while working. I’d prefer them to not talk over the food while preparing my order. I am diabetic and it took them about 45 minutes to my food👎🏾

Would not serve me vehicle wouldn't fit through drive through and doors were locked at 830
It usually takes a while here, but the food's always good and hot. Check your order before you leave though. They tend to forget things or just not tell you when they are out of something. Update: Since my original post, I've discovered that they have a fantastic 3-egg breakfast, and mornings don't take them as long as it does on late nights... Yum!!!

BEST service I EVER had in the drive thru. FRESH FOOD, the apple turnover was delicious as suggested. The Woman at the main window was NICE af and just pleasant to talk with. Order was spot on, and HOT. Would recommend. Would go to again.
