I don't understand why this establishment is still open!!! The food and service is awful!! I will not return food is to high and you never get what you pay for!!! So disappointed!!!

We had to pull over from the drive thi and wait. It took 15-20 minutes for our food to be delivered. But not till the man ask every car was this your order. The burgers were cold hard too dark and they were not assembled correctly. It was a mess. We ordered 12 without onion or pickles. That they got right. We got 10 donut holes and they were overcooked and plain. We wasted our money. Something needs to be done. I’m terrible upset.

We stop here everytime we come through and honestly it gets worst with each visit. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through because no one answered the speaker in front of us. Went inside waited 45 minutes for cold burgers and patties that were in pieces. Not fast, fresh, or friendly.

The chicken’s outer layer is crispy, but the inside is often mushy, spoiled, or tastes like leftovers. Sometimes, the meat beneath the crisp coating gives off a spoiled smell when split open or eaten, suggesting the crisp coating and dipping sauce are used to mask the spoiled meat. I end up eating only the crispy skin, definitely not worth the money. It seems they may be serving leftovers, especially when trying to keep up with heavy traffic, or letting the chicken sit too long, as it often doesn’t taste like real, fresh chicken.

Paid 60.00 dollars for burgers and fries, cheese was not melted, buns cold and soggy, did not get all order had to go back and get the rest, could not get any drinks because of no ice, will not eat there again.

Service was horrible and the food was worse. The lobby was closed at 7:30. No ice for the drinks. I get it the machine is broken but you can't purchase a few bags? Do better.

An experience for the books. Horrible service and will not return. Staff did NOT expect to work at work. They walked around talking and laughing while guests impatiently waited. The drive thru order was taken with a very poor and ugly attitude. We should've known to leave then! It took ONE HOUR to get 3 regular combos and 2 kids meals made! And on top of that the order was incorrect. We only stayed in line bc we were passing through and we always stop there heading home. Plus we don't have a Krystal's in our city. Never Again though!

Sat in line for over 30 minutes to be told 3x to hold with no reasons behind the hold. After asking for a 4th time, we were told there are only two workers and they're doing door dash orders while their drive thru has 5+ cars waiting, and the lady with Red hair was very rude. If this is what y'all call standard business practice, I'll have to get in touch with the BBB.
