Order food online for work mates. The online portal serves up an order number,but the system is broken and store clerks will not know the order number, nor is it printed on the ticket. That's said, the Manager (?) kind lady with the neck tattoo and gauge earrings explained the issue and was quick to ensure our order was correct. The other staff were very friendly, too. Very professional and top level customer service.
Needs a better management workers are rude like we getting the food for free do better!!

Call in for one pepperoni and sausage pizza told me would be ready in 15 mins that was at 6:04 Got there waited and waited I was trying to be patient. Several people walked in after me, ordered at the couinter got their pizza and walked out with it. I got my money back and left at at 6:50. I understand fast food isn't fast anymore and they are busy at times but enough was enough.
