Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. Rude, non attentive, just left me standing there. They kept telling me it will be another 8 to 10 minutes. After almost an hour of this, I lost it. Don't waste your time at the Wesr Memphis location.

Would you believe they did not provide the pizza toppings I ordered. Asked and paid for pepperoni, bacon and beef. When I got home, it was only sausage. Ordered crazy bread with sauce. Did not get sauce. I'm disappointed, but I guess it's my fault. I know what kind of people are employed at places like this. They don't care. I should have checked my order.
Just called in my order; the young lady who answered was so very kind and polite. The kids loved the pizza.

The pizza is a hit or miss! I have had pizza that was amazing, which made re turn to mediocre pizza. The bad points are simple, no air conditioning in facilities! Means you sweat while waiting on pizza bit more importantly the employees are sweating to make pizza! Sad situation but that ambient air temperature influences the quality of your pizza!
