You’re not greeted once you walk in. Attention is more on drive thru. Manager took about 10 minutes to actually take me and another customers order. Asked for jelly & honey. Was told they don’t carry jelly. Was given two packets of honey. I stated I have 4 pieces of chicken I would need more honey. Manager stated they give honey for biscuits and not chicken. I didn’t realize they dictated where I put my honey. I will never be coming to this location. I’m not from here & was extremely dissatisfied. I believe it’s a manager issue honestly.

I ordered 12 piece meal on Uber eats. The photo shows that the meal comes with biscuits and sides and it says 'extra sides' you can also order. When my delivery came it was only the chicken nothing else. For 40 dollars not including delivery fee or tip. When I physically went there and ordered the same thing and made SURE there were sides it was the same amount. So I'm not sure why that would happen. Nor why they would use a photo to mislead you into assuming it's a combo nor why the prices are so varied between going there vs ordering online but it's very inconsistent. So if you want to get sides with your chicken for a fair price, don't order delivery until they fix it.

This is by far the worst restaurant in West Memphis. The night staff are the rudest people I have ever seen. They do more playing than working so I’m not sure why they are paid. The managers only enable this behavior. When they finally work, they work in slow motion. I have currently been waiting for 40 minutes for some simple chicken. I don’t know who the general manager or area of operations manager is, but this store needs some kind of audit or something. Fire the crew and stop hiring children who don’t want to work. Not to mention they close the lobby early every night. As a door dasher and a customer, I say y’all need to do better!!

This Popeyes location has to be one of the worst Popeyes i have visited. I visited today and had two orders. I completed the first order which included 6 ghost pepper wings and once i started the next order for another 6 piece wing meal i was told “no wings” keep in mind i came at around 12pm i just find it hard to believe that within an hour and a half the entire restaurant has ran out of the wings which are one of their more popular items. I attempted to substitute them for something else but the customer service and lack luster response didn’t sit well with me seeing as my total was $50 i couldn’t see myself giving them my money. If i were you i would save my time and go to another location.

System is always down at 10pm on Friday. Customer service is slow and they don't greet you. They play more than they pay attention. That's how the orders get messed up. On top of that, they cheat on the drive time by pulling people up only to wait for 20+ minutes to bring an order out. When you get the order, it's either wrong or don't have the condiments you ask for. If they just ensure every order they take they treat as if it was their own, customer service would be ten times better. This place use to be the best! Not anymore.
