First time eating here the food wasn’t bad, but the service is horrible. I stood at the front counter for atleast 20 minutes waiting to pay and receive my food and then the second time I tried calling to place my order just to get out on hold for 7 minutes then I called back just to get hung up on and then the line stayed off the hook from that point all the way to closing. If they get people that want to actually work and provide great customer service this would be a great place!!

They were extremely disorganized. Their menu offers fried green tomatoes and boudin balls, when asked if they had any of either they said they didn't have them. We picked something else off the menu and went to place the order and were told they did have the green tomatoes so we got it in place of the other thing we had chosen. We also ordered the crawfish po' boy sandwich and all they gave us was a box of crawfish tails. Nothing had any salt or pepper at all and they claim to be a cajun restaurant. They did take back the box of crawfish and turn it into a po' boy though.We are going to wait 6 months before giving them one more try. If they are still open with the tasteless food we had today in 6 months that is.

I called to place an order only to have someone there to hang the phone up in my face. I informed the manager, who didn't really seem to care. The food was not what I expected, I understand that it is a new establishment and they are busy however providing good customer service to customers should always be a priority.

They told us the wait would be 45mins. We only waited for 20 mins which was fine but we sat for another 15 mins and no server, waited another 5 mins after letting a hostess know we hadn't seen a server and still no server, so we left. Don't sit customers if you can't serve them, plain and simple. The servers that was walking around, acted like they didn't want to be there and was in no hurry to make sure customers were taken care of.

Me & my children dined in 02/22/2022 the seafood dishes we received were plentiful, our waitress, Joy was very energetic, owner made sure we we’re satisfied, being it was their grand opening, needless to say, service was great! #thankYou
