The service is tops.. Those porch chops smothered in gravy are so tender they fall straight off the bone ..and the fresh vegetables are cooked to perfection ...❤️❤️it's worth the drive from Memphis Tn...

I'm trying to figure out how this restaurant in West Memphis, Arkansas has a 4.3 review. We ate there yesterday 5-9-2024 for the 1st time. I ordered the ribs, rice and cabbage. I must admit the ribs were really good, but the cabbage had a strong vinegar taste. The ice tea tasted sour, like the container it came from needed to be cleaned. I just couldn't drink it. The rice was okay. Dinner Rolls did NOT look fresh. My wifey had the gravy pork chops. I did taste them, they were good but luke warm to me. The spaghetti was chef boyardee, from the can. You have to do better with your food and sweet tea has to be more on point. It's not good when you can't enjoy your meal with nothing good or fresh to wash it down. My plate was 13.95 and Wifey was 12.95 and I felt like did I eat anything, afterwards.
Food needs to be hotter and fresher.
Atmosphere needs more lighting, did not feel inviting or cozy at all.
He did NOT want to discount the fake spaghetti at all. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Omg so good I'm definitely coming back. I had smothered porkchop 🥩 mashed potatoes 🥔 and creamed corn 🌽. I also tried butter roll dessert for the first time, and I'm hooked 😋

Food was okay here nothing spectacular. Restaurant was very dirty with dirty dishes on over half of the tables. Not sure how they would pass a health inspection. Service was great.

The food is so delicious and a good variety of different foods. Would eat there often if I didn't live so far away. Staff was friendly too.

Southern cooking and plenty to eat. Walked in the doors not expecting much but I was so surprised. I couldn't eat all the food they put on my plate. The porkchops were so tender. All the sides made feel like a kid sitting at the dinner table with my family as a kid. The gentlemen that waited on us were friendly and polite. They kept checking on us to make sure we were good. I wish we had restaurants like this where we live. We'll be back.

I would never support this business I fled from domestic violence from Memphis.. checked in a hotel in West Memphis called 12/21/25 spoke to the owner asked for help with food on this day he wasn't caring at all have a lame answer he had a catering to do.... I'm not asking for a hand out I'm not a bum I'm employed faithfully and gracefully I don't have any more money until Wednesday when I get paid I exhausted all my funds paying my hotel up for 2 weeks I only get paid bi weekly

So I was looking for some good hot food and I happened to run up on this place..let me tell you about this lil gem and the couple that owns it. FANTASTICALLY WONDERFUL DELECTABLE FOOD. AND THE SERVICE WAS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE ONE WOULD EXPECT IN A RESTAURANT FRIENDLY UPBEAT KIND VERY KIND. I JUST LOVE THESE 2. I will always be a customer here every time I hit town . May God bless you both I love you..merry Christmas this time round was just as fantastic as the other ❤️ oh yes I got 2 plates lol one for now and one for later ❤️
