Only stop here when traveling to our Jude's appt, twice a year. Because of the early hours, location, and food bar there's no other place to get in and out of as quickly. It's convenient, that's about it though. 'Use to be' a decent place to eat but each time the food, staff, cleanliness, everything has been going down hill.

Me and my wife eat the breakfast bar every time we come to memphis at this location, which is very often, toays experience was NOT a good one.. The bar was empty and what food was there was old and dried out. We spoke woththe manager and he acted like he didn't have a care on rhe world the district manager Jack was evsn there and we ask to speak to him but him and his clip board and pen was to busy go address my concern.. It was a wasteful trip

Worst service I've had in a long time. They were out of almost every food option and told us they wouldn't be in til next week. Buffett was completely cleared out and we finally just left after being told they were out of eggs and we should just eat off the Buffett.

The eating area and restrooms were filthy. A worker had her child there in a booth while she ate. The worker goes into the food area makes mashed potatoes without washing her hands. There was bickering amongst employees while customers were there. The order wasn't right and the food was cold. Employees were sitting in the booth instead of clearing dishes with food in them off the tables. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant. It has seen better days.

Terrible Breakfast! Worst food I've ever had at a Shoneys. Only sorry I didnt take pictures of that pitiful buffet. But we were in a hurry so we just left. No grits, oatmeal, or pancakes on the buffet. Eggs looked three hours old, biscuits were hard as rocks, french toast sticks were pure grease,

One word DISGUSTING! Went for breakfast the Buffett looked like it was from the day before. Barely anything on the bar and what was there was hard and nasty. Eggs had something in them that look like someone threw up in. No sausage gravy, had to wait on biscuits to be put on the bar. No whipped creme for the strawberry short cake. Poor customer service had to ask for silverware, for creamer, and anything else you needed. It was a horrible experience. This Shoney’s does not meet the mark for the Shoney’s name!

Came here today with my family the service was horrible they didn’t have any clean dishes. The only beverages they had where water coffee and lemonade and they ran outta food which was just sad knowing that it’s a weekend how do you do that.
There was no food on the bar and its suppose to be all you can eat seafood and steak

We did work for these people in good faith. They do not pay their bills on time. My vendors don’t care when shoneys pays, my vendors want their money within 30 days. VENDORS NEED TO BEWARE OF THIS! They act as if it is a minor thing. Small business rely on prompt payment!
