The Mexican pizza was busted on one side,( see pic) soggy, and luke warm as though it was sitting under a light for a time rather than just cooked. Drive thru did give me sauce and napkins which is why I gave 2 stars but they did not give me a fork for that poorly displayed Mexican pizza.
Customer service was rude I order a big order and they said wow you got all this food like they were upset ordered all of that

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 45minutes in the drive through and there was only 6 cars in front of us. My soft tacos were wrong, they gave us Doritos locos tacos instead. I ordered tostados and she handed them to me sideways and everything spilled out. It was all cold and soggy. You would think with that long of a wait it would be fresh. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had.

Every time I stop there in the last few days I've had nothing but problems with people not being in their proper spots to the drive-thru having to pull up almost to the second window to pay but then be stopped to back up to back up to the second window to wait and then we pulled back up I'm not recommending this to anybody not even my not even my own dogs I'm posting a video or a video and a picture of some of the nonsense so unless you want some really nasty food that's called somewhere else

I gave service a 2 star because nobody was rude or out of order but there was absolutely NO friendliness, order after order got sent through the drive through as I waited over 20 minutes on my order. Other customers also in lobby complaining about their wait. There were 4 people working so they had ample help

My grandma (who is handicapped) got the wrong order one day.they went back the next day n they left something out of the bag. My grandma called trying to see if someone would bring it out. The manger was very rude and hateful on the phone. She pulled around behind 7-9 other cars. She went straight to the window due to the fact that she had just ordered 15 mins prior to pulling up to the window. The young lady at the window was very rude and argued that the item that was missing could not be made right then. After being behind all those cars they expected her to pull back around for a second or third time. After she had a back n forth with the manager she demanded her money back,the manager then slammed the window and called out for the missing item. It is absolutely ridiculous. Our town already has enough issues and bs n this just adds to another place we won’t go anymore.

Went through the drive through and the line was moving slow. I spent a total of $30.00 and they forgot my crunch wrap supreme off my order
food is never the same twice., skimpy on the ingredients. greasy taco. Received food then had to go ask for the drinks which were just being prepared. The IKEA furniture is less than desirable as it's hard and uncomfortable, little tiny toot stools to sit on at the large table.
