Tyra Clay was at the window and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed in this hire. She also claim the reason for her attitude is because she is “ready to go home , we close in 45 minutes”.
Being rude was not caused for especially because I was very respectful throughout this encounter despite her nasty demeanor.

Do not order anything on the taco bell web site they will hand it off to the first door dasher that walks in the door when you select pickup and act like they did not make a mistake you'll have to dispute the order through your bank to get your money back

The manager Ruby was so unprofessional and rude..... The cashier (seemed new) was in the lobby whenever we got there and someone else was waiting in the register to order. The cashier arrives and starts taking his order, the manager told her to come here, then we were next to order, the manager calls her again and tells the cashier that she wants her in the lobby and that we should be ordering in the kiosk, this whole time we're infront of the register hearing everything another couple behind us. The cashier comes back to us and told us she can help us order in the kiosk, we agreed and the damn kiosk wouldn't work. The cashier goes to the kitchen and tells the manager, the manager just mumbled. We go back to the register to order. The manager was plain rude and unprofessional making the cashier look bad infront of all the people. There's a time and ways to talk to your employees but not infront of several people trying to order.
Cashier was young, nice and respectful. Food was good but not hot.

Honestly a waste of time. Me and my grandfather arrived at 1:15 and paid using the machine thing. We waited for more than 10 minutes. The staff finally acknowledged us at 1:28 after fulfilling more than 3 orders. They asked if we had placed an order. We said yes. She then printed a piece of paper and handed it to one other worker who looked like she was in disbelief that we had an order. She stated: “I didn’t know they ordered anything. They’ve just been sitting there”. We finally got our food at 1:31. The Pepsi was flat. The place had wrappers from straws everywhere. We got our food 20 minutes after arriving. We only ordered 3 items. My grandfather ordered a Mexican pizza and I ordered two soft shell tocos. The shell for his pizza was stale. 1/5 stars

Drive thru is horrible . Been sitting here 10 minutes just to order. They only take 2 car orders at a time so they can keep their minutes up. It doesn't take 20 minutes to fix any order in taco bell. Does no good to talk to the rude manager. Got in line at 10:38 p.m. , ordering at 10:56!

Don’t bother using this Taco Bell at all. I ordered $35 worth of DoorDash plus eight dollar tip. They can’t even bother to send a napkin a fork or any type of taco sauce in the order after I called and specifically asked since the app doesn’t allow asking for taco sauce. It’s COMMON SENSE to throw a few packets of hot or mild sauce when someone has ordered burritos and taco etc. everything was cold. I ordered chips and guacamole and nachos chips there was literally three chips in the bag don’t bother because these people apparently don’t give a shit about doing a good job. No pride or work ethic in this Taco Bell. Go somewhere else.
