Day crew does a much better job at getting you fresh food and a correct order. They aren't overly friendly, but they do their job and get you your order.Drive through takes forever, dine in takes more time too, so it's better to do a mobile order.Night crew gets 2 1/2 stars, I recommend checking your order for accuracy and freshness pretty sure they served me a stink bug in my cheesy fiesta potatoes most likely an accident but stink bug mouth takes terrible. Now I only trust day crew cheesy Fiesta!

This place was absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!! Everything was dirty from the bathroom to the dining area. The floors windows condiment station drink station all filthy as ever.I don't know who in charge who running the place please clean it up please.Like ugh!!!!!!!!!!!This store needs to be looked at by corporate or the heath department!!!

I got a quesodilla and there was a burnt piece on it that I put in my mouth (it was dark.) and instantly spit out. It tasted like cleaning solution was used on the quesodilla maker and then not rinsed or something, cause it tasted like a mixture of burnt and chemicals. I had to come home and brush my teeth right away. Was awful. Dunno what it was but it almost made me vomit.

I'm not sure if it's a cleanliness issue or not, but every now and the Mexican Pizzas are absolutely DISGUSTING!!! It's like stale/burnt grease is used to fry the tortilla shells of the Pizzas. I believe they need to clean their equipment.
So the service was kind. The food was an Issue though. So I walk in right at about 9:44 to start my order at the Kiosk. They inform me that the lobby closes at 9:45, really politely. To get me out of there they ask me what I want and I tell them, however I still sent the order through so they knew what I was asking for.The order was a singular bean burrito, no red sauce or onions with extra cheese and beans.They made the order quick and sent me off with a free bean burrito.The problem is that they loaded it with red sauce and took no time to make sure that they got it right.I mean yes you get what you pay for, but it felt kind of insulting that they rush me out for one small to-go snack and they didn't even get it right.Not trying to get anyone in trouble, it just would have been nice if the order was right.Does the lobby really close at 9:45? If so, I think being rushed out after walking in at 9:44 for one singular item (free or not), they could at least have been made said item correctly.

Placed a mobile order and when went to pick up, they couldn't find the order. When they finally found it, they didn't even offer any type of discount on my next purchase or anything.
