That older lady in the drive thru is bad for business. She does not ask what sauce you want for your nuggets and she doesn't ask what kind of drink you want she is very combative & Her attitude is horrible. She needs to be taken out of the drive thru.

At about 8:30 pm on a Friday night after driving for 12 hours, I ordered a single meal, sour cream baked potato, Caesar salad, frosty jr, and lrg frosty. When I got back to my hotel room, we were missing utensils, napkins, sour cream for the baked potato, and dressing for the salad. We got a medium frosty instead of a large and the French fries were soggy. Seems like this restaurant should tighten up their quality control and do some retraining.

It's been going on for awhile but this restaurant genuinely sucks. They're always out of something and tries to replace it with something of lesser value. The cherry on the top is that a friend of mine had an order of over $16 and left with neither any food nor a refund. They said they ran out of hamburgers, and told her she couldn't get a refund because it was a mobile order. They ignored her request for a manager, and they finally got there, they told her the same thing. Luckily, when she called corporate, they apologized and gave her her money back, saying that they got a lot of complaints from that location.
The gist of it is, if y'all want Wendy's, go to Marion or the one in Pilots on the east side of West Memphis. Go to Memphis even. Just don't go to this one, because time after time they proved that their service sucks.

I placed a mobile order and went to drive thru just for convenience. The staff looked stressed due to lack of A LOT of items. I don't normally order from this location but they had chili but no chili sauce, I find out after I had to go in and ask for the chili that I specifically asked for 3 chili hot sauces, yes ma'am, to no chili at all, then I get the chili and she quickly I guess put it together that i came in asking why I didn't get the chili at all. I wasn't impressed with Wendy's tonight. 😞

This place is constantly going down. I stopped by today and set in drive thru 15 minutes only to get a dried out potato with no sour cream, burnt bacon on my fries, and was met instantly with an excuse for the poor service which was I am short staffed and I’m doing the best I can. Not to be an saa hole but I don’t care about that hat because it seems that you’re always short staffed and I counted 6 workers that’s not short staffed to me. This doesn’t make any sense to me seeing that I live across the bridge and turning around to return the food is a hassle. Not mention no one answers the phone

Spent 35 minutes in the drive thru, 5 minutes to order, 30 minutes waiting on food. Went in to check on the food, apparently they forgot to bring it out to us after they told us to move up from the drive-thru window to reset their clock.

Horribly slow service.. we sat for over 30mins still ended up pulling out of line and leaving this was around 10pm
We went to Wendy's about 5pm I order a baked potato and my husband ordered a meal that came with chicken burger and he ordered a side loaded baked potato the window person that took our order was very polite but after she took our order she asked us to pull up a little to the red pole til she portioned us up finally my husband got tired of waiting there and pulled up to the window I understand they are trying to beat their clocks that keep track of how long it takes it goes on all over at the fast food places once we got our baked potatoes and opened them they looked like they had been there for a while you couldn't even cut the peel and part of the white in the potato was hard

3 workers during this shift were observed pulling 1 car up to wait for their order, in front of the window and telling the car behind it to stay behind the window,so that their poor clock/time for the order would not be detected. This team has been doing this for 6 months,so that no one knows that the service is slow,20 minutes per order during the evening shift.

They were extremely rude taking my order. Made me feel unwelcome and by just placing an order i was such an inconvenience. They made the car in front of me wait before the window [this is a dishonest move to keep their timers low] After about 5 minutes sitting still in one spot I left, guaranteed that food was going to be awful.
