We were getting a spicy chicken sandwich and two large soft drinks. Drinks were $ 1.00 each but they didn't have any. So we paid for the sandwich and left.

5th time in 2 weeks they had made me wait behind the red poles so they can keep their “numbers low” then proceed to not give me sauce for anything I ordered 5 time as well. I will be reaching out to corporate for this. Not to mention them giving me the wrong food multiple times.

We felt like we were an inconvenience just by showing up. The 2 people at the PUW barely acknowledged us and might as well have tossed our food through the window. Fries were old, my chicken sandwich was the worst I've ever gotten at a Wendy's. The tomato wasn't ripe, the lettuce (or lack thereof) was wilted and the amount of sauce used made the whole thing disgusting, I tried to scrape some off but it didn't help. Do better, this is not what is expected, especially when you pay $20 for 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and a drink. Worst Wendy's experience ever!

We came in to order, employees have their kids running around the lobby to start with. There was no soda, tea, ketchup, sauces or straws! They didn’t have anything. For it to be a new Wendy’s the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Assuming because they have a daycare there too! Definitely don’t recommend! Stay away!

Pull up, pay, then back up? What!? Them keeping people from pulling up to the window is keeping them out of trouble on wait time, so it's not noticed and therefore goes uncorrected. It's ridiculous.

I just received two cold and unheated sausage burritos. Piss poor service. The girl at the window for some reason told me to pull behind the red pole after I paid then told me to pull back up. No other customers to be found. I thought it was odd especially being in a company vehicle. Not a great way to start my morning. Did not receive a receipt. Not worried about the $10. I’ll make that back before I even get to the bridge driving but definitely recommend that nobody ever visits this sorry excuse for a Wendy’s. I know this is not how these burritos are prepared because I just ate a hot fresh one not even two days ago in Bartlett

They make you back behind the line so they don’t get in trouble with their timer. Which I could understand if it was once in awhile, but it’s literally every time I go.

When they first opened back up, I can say that the service and minimum wait time was great, however the service is poor and the wait time is very long. In the drive thru they do not allow you to pull up to the window until your food is done, if you pull up to the window they will have you to back up from the window. My guess they are trying to cheat the clock, by making it seem as if you were not waiting on your food and the service was fast.i ordered a simple jbc and soda, after waiting soo long they still didn't put the bacon on the burger SMH Management need to be held accountable gor such service, they allow it to happen.
