Blue Bell is my favorite from Texas which they have, but this was our first time trying Thrifty Ice Cream from California, and it was fantastic too. I had the Cherry Amaretto, and it was absolutely delicious! My wife and kids loved their flavors as well. I got a gallon of their reverse osmosis water, what a difference! If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a stop. We'll be back next time we're in Chandler!“

“I’m quite happy with the fact that there are more East Asian dessert places coming around Chandler finally and I’m a big fan of them. I shared a mango berry with my mom on Mother’s Day post dinner dessert. The person who took the order was initially resistant in offering me the dessert in a bowl and recommended that I take it in a “take out” bowl. This was at 8:27pm on a Sunday night when the shop was supposed to close at 9pm. After making a polite request, he switched it to the Serving bowl. Then at 8:57pm, another lady rudely asked all customers to move out saying that the restaurant was closed. While I understand it’s Sunday night and people are trying to wrap work and head home, I just found it very impolite (perhaps it’s a cultural thing) .
The dessert was excellent though , lots of condensed milk , mango and strawberry syrup and fresh mango / strawberry pieces. Scrumptious ! My mom who is quite the picky eater, truly enjoyed the dessert“

“You wouldn't expect to go into a simple water store and come out feeling like you just been visiting a good friend but that's how the girl in this store makes you feel. I was kind of embarrassed because I didn't know how everything worked. It has been years since I've been in a water store, not since I lived in Chandler and went to the location there. In San Diego we always just had a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. But I'm here on a long-term visit to my daughter and grandchildren and after drinking tap water when I when I first got here I decided I should switch to bottled water. I didn't want to be buying a bunch of small water bottles to fill the landfills so I bought a couple of gallons jugs of water and then took them to the water store to refill when they were gone. The girl working there is very pleasant and kind and help me learn how to work everything and I've been going there ever since. She's great at customer service by remembering that I always say yes to a receipt and even remembered my favorite ice cream was the Cherry amaretto. I can't resist getting a scoop every time I go in. It's a nice little perk for an otherwise mundane job of going someplace to refill your water jugs. It's sure nice to go into any establishment where they make you feel welcome every time you go in. Oh, and I couldn't resist buying one of those purple jugs and have been very happy with it.“

“We partnered with Bahama Buck's for a community event at our apartment complex, and they were fantastic! The dirty soda bar was a huge hit with our residents, and we had a great turnout. Everyone loved the drinks and had so much fun creating their own custom combinations.

“This place is great. The water is only . 25¢ a gallon and the small bag of ice is . 99¢ so it's a bargain. They also sell drinks, candy, but most importantly my favorite-ice cream. They have around 10 different flavors and you can get either a sugar cone or a cup. They sell it by the scoop with I believe 3 scoops being the max. The best part is the price. I believe it's only $1.25 a scoop! I go there everytime I pass by. I just have to stop and get a scoop. I don't care how cold it is outside. I recommend this place to anyone who loves ice cream. For that price you'll be like myself and get 3 scoops everytime. Lol.“

“I went through the drive through today and I wasn’t feeling good at all due to a severe sinus infection the gentleman there helped me figure out what flavor of sno I was trying to order, he was beyond patient with me and his kindness and his sweet words definitely made me feel better in fact ge made my whole day by his kindness! “Went after hours and was going to use the outside machine. I placed my $1 bill inside and the machine turned itself off and would not dispense water or return the money. I called the number on the machine, not caring much about the dollar...but to get it repaired. The owner came within 5 minutes, repaired the machine and assisted with filling my water. He even took the water to my car. This trip definitely was alot longer than it should have been, but that customer service deserves 5 stars. Thanks!“
