Horrible service. It was my daughter’s 5th birthday and she got the sorbet and didn’t end up liking it. Took 2 bites. We asked to replace it with a new flavor and the lady refused. Horrible customer service.

Bianca's Gelatos is a delightful gelato shop located in the food court of the popular outlet mall. Their mint flavor is subtle and smooth, while the Ferrero Rocher and Orea are excellent. The staff provides incredibly friendly and quick service, making it a perfect treat on a hot day. Prices are reasonable at $6 for one scoop and $7 for two. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
