Ordered the cheese steak and was very disappointed. It didn’t look like the picture on line. I won’t be eating there again.

Ordered a "New York Steamer" today, what I got was a sandwich with a meat to bread ratio of 20/80 and I'm not even sure I got brisket meat, as the meat layer was so thin. Of course the actual sandwich never looks like the picture, unless its from non franchised deli sandwich shop, and I accept that, but this poor shrinkflated meat excuse of a sandwich was very disappointing. Just a reminder to those of you who already know these consequences of inflation, you can shop across the street at Walmart and get the ingredients to make a way better sandwich without being dishonestly served by a franchise sandwich shop. I understand that Firehouse donates to literal fire houses but what happens when you drive away the customers with your sub quality sandwiches? Less donations to the fire departments or even less meat in the sandwiches? A slippery slope indeed. The pic attached has double the meat then the sandwich I received for $10.29+tax. Oh and I didn't get the pickle spear either. The term "steamer" also refers to a steaming pile of excrement. The jokes on me.

I’ve order the Italian salad about 4 times at this location, it’s been a hit and miss when they make it correctly. I’ve had the salami missing twice which really makes the salad worth buying.

12 dollars for bread with no meat, cheese or condiments except mayo very confused.... first and last time I'll be going here. Save your money bread is $1 across the street at

Store was hot like an oven, very messy and dirty (overflowed garbage cans, trash and sodas on floor, drink center a mess). Manager was onsite and rude to her employees who were making mistakes. Out of 7 sandwiches we ordered, only 1 small mistake so food was good. This restaurant is not that old so sad to see it in such disarray already.

I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse location off Carefree highway, but after a recent visit to the Anthem location, I won’t go to the Anthem store again. I walked in , there were 3 people behind the counter- 2 looked up , and then continued on with what they were doing. The third didn’t even notice I walked in. No greeting of any kind. I waited in line for 10min without being acknowledged at all. A group walked in 15min after me and the same two people that ignored me greeted them and began chatting it up! Apparently they knew one another… There are a lot of places to get a sandwich, don’t waste your time here… And after all that, the sandwich wasn’t even very good. Dried out meatballs and hard bread. No thanks.
