Firehouse subs is a family favorite because they have great gluten free bread for my celiac daughter. It’s actually a good size, considering most gf bread looks like a cracker. The place and food were terrific with the exception of the restroom. That was a dumpster fire. I expected better, considering we came in at dinner time and the place was dead. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
I walked in and I asked for a half sandwich packed with meat. This is what I got! Delicious well-made, fast friendly service, clean environment, fresh ingredients. You cannot ask for more. I went to Walmart to charge my electric vehicle and stumbled into this place.

Firehouse Subs Centerpoint Plaza offers tasty sandwiches and friendly service. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The restaurant has a nice facility with outdoor seating options. They also provide decent choices for kids' meals and have improved wheelchair accessibility with a newly added ramp.
This location is quickly becoming a favorite, with great people serving customer favorites. It's a nice stop when traveling from Phoenix to get off the road for a bit. Firehouse Subs has the best brisket in Anthem, and this location is clean and well-run. The manager, Jake, is attentive to customer requests, especially for the delicious brisket.
After a long, stressful day of traveling, Firehouse Subs provided a quick but tasty meal to fuel the rest of the journey. Even when their POS system was down, the manager accommodated customers with hand-written orders, ensuring no one walked away hungry. The fresh ingredients and hot, tasty subs truly hit the spot.
