“Wanted to grab lunch before a hair appointment. Stopped in to Walmart quick to grab a few things and saw subway. They were open.
The employee was very friendly and patient with my kids while they ordered their sandwiches. The place appeared clean but things were still being put out. My kids like to see all their bread options and they were not visible.
Food was good. Service was a little slow. Convenient to have inside Walmart for one stop if you’re already there.“

“We visited Anthem for the first time today! We had the pleasure of being served by Bryton… best sammich I’ve had in so long! He was fast, efficient with our order and wore the best accessory of all the entire time, his smile. :) I highly recommend this location at 3655 W Anthem Way. He kept it super clean and was very professional and polite. Loved the overall atmosphere and vibe!“

“You can tell the owner/manager of this store truly cares about this place, as the restaurant is extremely clean, tiddy, and has helpful signage laid out... but what is desperately needed is customer service training for the people working there. I know these guys are young and it's not a glamorous job making sandwiches, but the customer interactions are terrible. If you see someone come in while you're making a sandwich, you have to *immediately* acknowledge them and let them know you'll be with them shortly... It's literally so simple. I stood at the counter for over 2 minutes, feeling like an idiot until eventually one of the kids walked over to take my order. I know you can't force people to smile and be happy, but you need to be professional and you gotta at least pretend you aren't miserable. Sheesh.“
“The sandwiches are good but the service is mediocre. We have had several experiences where the order was made wrong or poor communication that order is ready.
When wrong there was no offer to make it right. E.g. they made the wrong sandwich, the owner said I’ll have them make the new one and you can take the wrong one. Didn’t happen.
My wife ordered and there was not call out her order was ready so it sat their until she asked. No apology or anything.
We feel their employees are not empowered to make things right for their customers.“
“There was a young man and when I asked he said his name was Sam and he treated me with respect and kindness and was fast and he made me a delicious sandwich which I will be definitely coming back because his customer service was extraordinary and I got in and out in 10 minutes!!“

“I hadn’t been to a subway in probably close to 10 years after getting extremely sick 3 times at the pinnacle peak & pima location. I gave this subway a try over the summer for the happy gilmore promotion and this place has made me a subway fan again! Always friendly and the franchise owner is always in helping out and you can tell he takes pride in his store!“

“I walked in and I asked for a half sandwich packed with meat. This is what I got! Delicious well-made, fast friendly service, clean environment, fresh ingredients. You cannot ask for more. I went to Walmart to charge my electric vehicle and stumbled into this place.“
