“I ordered while I stopped in to see if they would sponsor 60 units of in kind donations to the event I'm hosting for the nonprofit I'm an intern for but I have not heard anything from them. Although the sandwich I ordered to help show community support was tasty. I got the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak with a side of bbq chippies. I had my Pricklee Cactus water in the car so I skipped the drink, politely.Everyone working was super nice. It was not busy when I arrived. One person was waiting and several were finishing their food. Bathroom was decently clean. I stopped in to wash the horse smell and dirt off my hands.Whenever I go up north I stop at Jersey Mike's so it was a nice little 'treat myself moment' while I was out doing errands in south Phoenix for my internship. My go to sub is the #26. I have never tried anything else just because I know I like it. That works for me!:)“
“I’ve been in here a few time recently and in a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, the employees here are a stellar example of how service employees should be. They’re friendly, polite, and efficient. The quality of the food is great and the restaurant is very clean. If I could grant a 6th star, I’d do it.“
“Typical Jimmy Johns. Food is usually quick. The app isn't always user friendly to order ahead. I've had many times my customized sandwiches come out with no changes as requested. I don't think it is the fault of the workers as the receipts are not how I placed the order online.“

They went over and above to ensure our visit was enjoyable and we had everything we wanted. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but this place nailed it! Very clean and always amazing food!!“

“We tried this place a few days ago and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Hang Loose -- a hot sandwich with pastrami, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, bacon and cream cheese on a French roll. It also had pepperoncinis and pickles on it. It was so so tasty! My boyfriend got the Mr Pickle with chicken breast, avocado, bacon and cheese and enjoyed it.The sandwiches are a bit on the pricier side ($14 each) but I couldn't finish mine, so the portions were decent at least for me! Service was a little slow too. Overall, I will come back for that Hang Loose again!“
