However, considering distance, this location may be not only more accessible but the bowls are decent. Service is also very good

I personally like going here for the curry. Finding a good Japanese curry place is difficult, let alone how often some places cheaply make it and the result being flavorless. If that isn't the case, then it gets westernized because a typical American expects certain things from their dishes, and a curry rice alone usually doesn't pass their eye test. This place doesn't fall for those trappings and serves you something akin to what you would find in Japan should you be ordering from a place that simply offers it, and it's decent too. A dedicated curry house would knock the socks off of it, but as that may be years away from happening in this state this manages to scratch that craving for anyone who wouldn't drive all the way to Vegas

Place is cozy small, so be aware of that if going with a group. If by your lonesome, there is a bar for relatively fast seating”

“This is hands down the best taco place probably in the world. Memo has a gift, God gave him the best chef hands in the world, and he is using them properly. You won't find any better carne asada tacos anywhere in the world and I just had their menudo for the first time today which is only available on special occasions That was the best menudo I have ever eaten in my life.”

“I stopped by Rancho La Candelaria for the first time today, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The owner took the time to ask what I liked and recommended the Enchilada Combo with mole and a chicken pupusa for my first visit. It was the perfect recommendation!

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The mole had an amazing homemade taste, the enchiladas were delicious, and the chicken pupusa was cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite.

On top of the incredible food, the service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel like more than just another customer. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting—one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable.

It's easy to see the passion and pride they put into both their food and their customers. Rancho La Candelaria definitely earned a new regular today. If you're in Laveen Village and looking for authentic, delicious food with outstanding hospitality, do yourself a favor and give them a try. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu!”

“This is a great place for pho. I can get a vegetarian bowl of soup, or spring rolls or egg rolls. The portions are so generous that I can never eat everything. They do have to go boxes sitting out on table for customers to access. In the photos are vegetable pho and beef pho. My friend stated the beef in his pho had a refrigerated taste to it. Otherwise, it was great. I have never had any bad food here. It is always delicious.”

“The Spurr Lounge is one of those classic Laveen spots that always delivers a good time. The drinks are cheap, the karaoke nights are always fun, and it has that perfect laid-back neighborhood bar vibe. 

What really keeps me coming back though are the wings and fries, easily some of the best in town. Crispy, flavorful, and exactly what you want with a cold drink in hand. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back with friends, sing a few songs, and enjoy great bar food without spending a lot.

Only reason it’s 4 instead of 5 stars is because it can get packed on karaoke nights, but honestly that’s part of the charm. If you’re in Laveen and want affordable drinks, great wings, and a fun local hangout, this spot is definitely worth checking out”

“Yesterday night i went to this bahama bucks expecting it to extremely slow because it was busy, but was met with the opposite. the two dreadheads making my order of 6 got it out fast! I looked at my phone one second looked back up and he already had it out for me! Thank you for great quick customer service and your friendly staff!”
