When I learned she had relocated to your establishment I relocated to. It isn’t just food restaurants serve, joy and happiness come with the staff providing good service with a smile. The kind of service Miriam provides. I would believe that other customers of Miriam at the old venue now joins her at her new location. Her smile and joyful disposition is contagious. Her expedient service is always on point. She is such a delight. I also observe is she interacts well with her coworkers. Your company benefits not just monetary, but good customer service having an asset like Miriam on two fronts, a happy work environment and satisfied customers.“

“We are new-ish to the Valley & like to support local places, so we look for new restaurants to visit each weekend. I found The Main Ingredient on FB yesterday & the menu caught my attention. We'll, SO glad we drive in to try it! Holy smokes did we gave a great lunch today! I had the brunch huevos & the hubs had the Cuban. Great portions (I couldn't finish my huevos) and both of us were saying we want to come back & try other items. The service was fine - I definitely felt like if you were from the neighborhood you were recognized & chatted up, but by no means was our server not perfectly fine... appropriately friendly & attentive, drinks & refills arrived promptly, she checked on us mid-meal, the bill came promptly. Zero complaints on service but hands in the air on that food! We'll definitely return to try out more of the menu!“

“After a horrible meal the previous evening at Mancuso's we were rewarded with a great dinner at Arrogant Butcher. Fun vibe, very kind staff, and good food reasonably priced. We ate at the bar and all the patrons around us were very kind and friendly as well. Judging from conversations many customers are real customers.“

“Its like Yougurtini but for beer and wine! You get a keyfob you tap on your choice and those in your party can either taste or drink any beer from the wall. Try "The Godfather" its an amazing Italian IPA“

“My children and I stopped in the Dog Haus Biergarten for dinner on a weekday. The kid's sliders and fries were delicious and they ate every bite. I had the cowboy hotdog, which was also fantastic. The staff was friendly. The dining room was clean. There were board games to keep my little ones occupied while we waited for our food, which only took about 10 minutes. They're located a short walk from our hotel, so very convenient for us to get in/out quickly without having to wonder around an unfamiliar city looking for dinner. If in the area, we will definitely visit here again.“

“Fantastic bread! As a world traveler, who spent a lot of time in Europe, and is very familiar with what defines good quality bread, I was delighted when I found this little hidden treasure in Phoenix. The bread has flavor, is organic, and is toothsome. Such deliciousness to go with a winter soup or a salad or lunches. I am very selective about bread and I don’t eat any bread unless it’s like this organic and flavorful. The vast majority of people do not get enough fiber, and this scrumptious bread is filled with fiber and much easier to digest because it is made with organic grains grown and milled here in the United States of America.. I was so happy to find this place, and will be a frequent customer in the future.“

“Nice meeting room on the south side of the restaurant. Slightly small for our training group. Food burned under the warming lights. We ordered as a group at the beginning of the morning. Food prepped too early, under the heating lights too long. We had a 20 minute window to pick up lunch and get back to the training. Bathrooms were clean, easily accessible. First floor accessibility, +busy+ parking lot. Parking somewhat *limited*. The location entrance is VERY NARROW, combined/one lane entry/exit. 1st time visitors may not see adequate signage in time during heavy morning traffic even for Saturday. Construction in the area & at that intersection is disruptive to "Lope" access. I'm sure the establishment is unable to change the construction disruption. ?

Parking: Limited space to expand parking lot. Located on the Northwest corner of an extremely congested intersection under street construction. The traffic light delay at that intersection, seemed quite extended.“

“Ordered a float and shake. Both were good but would have been better if outside of cups were not sticky. It's not a big deal though. The only odd thing about this location was that the guy taking orders started to argue with someone over the rewards program, to which when I stepped up, he continued his frustration with me while ordering. Lastly, tables were a little dirty, but they were busy, and nothing a napkin couldn't wipe off. Overall, I would still go back.“

“Although the seating arrangement is not ideal the service and food is worth the visit. I think they could add a little something to the experience if you did not feel like you were sitting at a table pushed up to a lobby couch. The food was super delicious we had no complaints about the food quality and price on Valentines I have had so much worse and paid a heck of a lot more. Our service team in a word fantastic. They were cordial,inviting, and attentive. So I would encourage people to give it a chance you might just find a new fave! Great location in downtown we will go back for sure.“

“I absolutely love love love this place, my husband took me here the other day for the first time and I had a burger and fries in which the burger was amazing I was pleasantly surprised. Then the next time I tried there wings and those were just as good. I go back to this place now frequently and I'll keep going it's beyond work trying when you need a quick bite.“
