Fantastic bread! As a world traveler, who spent a lot of time in Europe, and is very familiar with what defines good quality bread, I was delighted when I found this little hidden treasure in Phoenix. The bread has flavor, is organic, and is toothsome. Such deliciousness to go with a winter soup or a salad or lunches. Holy smokes this place is a proper sandwich shop!!!. Staff is friendly and efficient- a well oiled machine. Product is consistent, great for value and delicious!! Well composed. Not trying to say too too much because I loved the ease of parking ordering and walking out very quickly.
