Central bakery outlet producing some of the finest naturally leavened sourdough loaves, baguettes, and laminated pastries in the Valley. Counter service moves fast. Seating is extremely limited so it's best suited for grab-and-go, but the bread quality is unmatched.
The best sourdough bread in town. The sandwiches are great. The salads are great. I really enjoy going there being there many times and each time I buy a different bread, they are all very, very good
So delicious! Had turkey cheese sandwich on semolina hoagie roll. Bread so fresh and it came with a nice side salad which was a pleasant surprise. My wife had the quinoa bowl so big had to take some home.
