Their their bakes are delicious, fresh and consistent- Paul Hollywood would approve! A gem in Phoenix! The cheese pita is amazing, better than anything even back home in the old country. Their čevapi with lepinja are my dad's favorite, and their kifle remind him of his childhood. This place deserves a stop for anyone doing a food tour of Phoenix, it's right up there with Bianco.“

(We’re huge cake lovers.) Once we tasted bamboo bakery’s cake we knew this was the one! Their cake is so moist and their flavors are so unique and refreshing to the palette. Just enough sweetness. Not only was the cake delicious but the presentation was flawless and looked exactly like the inspo picture we showed them. My gal gets a Spanish coffee that she raves about and I’m all about the chef’s daily pastries. We tried the avocado toast and EVERY ingredient used in this breakfast was fresh and delicious. The chef takes baking to another level and it’s crazy to think that such a gem is hidden in a little shopping plaza a mile from our house. Coming from Flagstaff, I miss the local food scene that has owner operators pouring love into everything they serve. We finally found a place close to home that does just that. This is one of those hole-in-the-wall type places where everything is pretty outdated and not exceptionally clean. They serve coffee, boba, and sandwiches as well. I had a cup of coffee that was fine, but in the way that your home coffee maker with store bought ground coffee and creamer are fine. The employees working were nice and knew their regulars. I would come back for more donuts... Maybe a sandwich based on the other reviews.“
