You could smell the butter in both the cookie & croissant, a rareity here in the Valley. Perfect balance of sweetness in the chocolate chip cookie which is something I always look for. “AMAZING!!! Tracy created our entire dessert menu for our wedding and our guests couldn't stop raving about all of them. We had a mini two-tier lemon pistachio cake for the sweetheart table and matching cupcakes for our guests plus cream puffs and lemon bars. We were lucky enough to snag a cream puff before they were gone and they were truly to die for! Everything was beautiful and the Tracy Dempsey crew was lovely to work with!!“

I would have rated it at 5, but the sandwiches (medium originals) now have less meat than we normally get, the mustard was all in one place instead of spread, we asked for no tomatoes and we both got tomatoes. Those things are not enough that I wouldn't go back and buy again. I would just mention the issues that I had the previous time. Overall, who *doesn't* like a Schlotzsky's sandwich?…“
“After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything.I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes.She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself.She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me.It wasn't her though.
