“Love this place! I almost always get the matcha latte float, sometimes trying the seasonal. They had the Thai tea ice cream once and it was good too. Been there several times. Great place as a date or just a casual hangout. I would say this is probably the best matcha ice cream place in town! Wish there is more actual matcha latte in the float though, feels like there’s more ice than the matcha latte. Fair pricing!“

It seems like there are usually only a few staff members working, so things can get a little busy. While customers aren’t always greeted right away and you may need to get someone’s attention for assistance, the cakes are genuinely delicious and worth it. “There is accessible parking in front and the store is huge with plenty of seating. They have a large glass display area where you can see the flavors and also they have assorted toppings. They have only one size of cone as I recall and basically you can choose a flavor of what to put inside the cone as well as a topping and you get to choose the flavor of ice cream as well. I tried ube and matcha and I really liked how it wasn't overly sweet and it tasted fresh. Love their fish-shaped cone. The ice cream size was pretty big too- so come hungry.“

“I went through the drive through today and I wasn’t feeling good at all due to a severe sinus infection the gentleman there helped me figure out what flavor of sno I was trying to order, he was beyond patient with me and his kindness and his sweet words definitely made me feel better in fact ge made my whole day by his kindness! “So I am originally from Springfield Missouri and used to go to the original Andy’s in Osage Beach before they opened Andy’s in Springfield. This was a great place for family to go and the lines were always long but soooo worth the wait! My son and I moved to Tucson 2 1/2 years ago and have been craving Andy’s since moving here. I just discovered the other day that there was Andy’s in Phoenix so we drove 2 hours today one way just to go get Andy’s frozen custard! I even brought a cooler with dry ice to bring Andy’s home with us and had my staff at work tell me what they wanted because I said they deserved a little taste of my hometown deliciousness! We get there and we were ordering and I told the young man at the window that I’d drove from Tucson just to get Andy’s because I used to go to the original Andy’s back home and he rudely cut me off and said he didn’t have time to listen to me because he was busy. Just want to say I was really disappointed at how I was treated and the staff there really need to learn real Ozark hospitality because I’d never be treated like that in Springfield. I spent over $80 in that one trip today on Andy’s and will not visit that location again.“

“GREAT COOKIES! Amazing selection, great staff! My favorite was the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip ones. If I had one recommendation, I did wait quite long time for cookies, when there was only 1 other person in front of me. BUT the cookies I received were the perfect combo of gooey chewy with crisp edges! Would definitely go again.“

“I’m quite happy with the fact that there are more East Asian dessert places coming around Chandler finally and I’m a big fan of them. I shared a mango berry with my mom on Mother’s Day post dinner dessert. The person who took the order was initially resistant in offering me the dessert in a bowl and recommended that I take it in a “take out” bowl. This was at 8:27pm on a Sunday night when the shop was supposed to close at 9pm. After making a polite request, he switched it to the Serving bowl. Then at 8:57pm, another lady rudely asked all customers to move out saying that the restaurant was closed. While I understand it’s Sunday night and people are trying to wrap work and head home, I just found it very impolite (perhaps it’s a cultural thing) .
The dessert was excellent though , lots of condensed milk , mango and strawberry syrup and fresh mango / strawberry pieces. Scrumptious ! My mom who is quite the picky eater, truly enjoyed the dessert“
