“Tonight was my first time at Salt & Straw ever! The ice cream is so good and there are so many cool fun flavors. The store is super clean and has good vibes. The customer service is also great! Carina/Karina (idk how to spell her name I'm sorry!) was so sweet and welcomed me. She told me I could sample as many flavors I wanted and she gave me the backstory behind salt & straw which was fun to hear. I sampled her favs the ooey gooey chocolate brownie and snickersdoodle cinnamon kind. Both are so creamy and rich but I went with the snickerdoodle one, which tastes like milk after cinnamon toast crunch cereal but in the best way possible. It also seemed like there was snickerdoodle cookies inside the ice cream too. I will be coming back again!“

“We were looking for a place to have a nice sweat treat. It was recommended by my daughter and it was amazing. The place is well kept, friendly service, and unique fun flavors of ice cream. You have to try the waffle cones it's like a cake sooo yummy. The ice cream was also on point. We loved it and will be back“

“Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

The whole visit was quick and easy, with a fast checkout process and a great selection of toppings to choose from. The store was also exceptionally clean, tidy, and welcoming. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! 🍦😊“

“Got two scoops to compare; fresa crema and fresa leche. They were both delicious and complimented each other well! The crema had an extra creamy flavor and texture, while the leche had a much stronger strawberry flavor and was a little harder. Hope they post a menu online soon. Look forward to going back to try something else!“

“I’m new to the Tempe/Phoenix area & looked for ice cream near where I was shopping & stumbled upon this cute shop. It reminds me of back home in St. Louis of a snack shop we had called Velvet Freeze. I will definitely be coming back, so many unique ice cream flavors & the nachos are really good too.“

Walking into Zoyo is like stepping into an ice cream lover's dream. The selection is amazing, and every visit feels like an opportunity to create something completely different.
The place is always clean.

The toppings are organized, the machines are stocked, and everything looks well cared for.
The staff always seem a little cold...
Then again, it is an ice cream shop, so I suppose that comes with the territory. 😄
Seriously though, every visit has been a good experience. The atmosphere is fun, the choices are endless, and it brings out the kid in all of us.
Whether you're eight years old or eighty, it's hard not to smile while building the perfect bowl of frozen yogurt.

“Meet with a group for lunch every Monday. Staff greets us by name, makes us feel welcome, and never makes us feel rushed to leave. Our orders are taken quickly and food is brought to our table. Food is freshly made, arrives quickly and is always hot. Love this place!“
