“This is a 10 out 10 restaurant!!! The restaurant was clean, the food was prepared by order, the food was good, and the customer service was phenomenal!!!! I believe the cashier’s name was Alice, she was an Asian woman and she wore glasses, just in case I have her name wrong. She was very nice and professional. She greeted us and even asked where we were from. I had a bacon burger without the cheese. I am not a cheddar fan. I also had sweet potato fries. My friend had a patty melt with sweet tea. Pickles came on the side for our meals. I didn’t get a picture of my receipt but the food was reasonably priced. Alice also gave us a cookie and a brownie to try. The cookie was great. The brownie was just ok for us. Thank you! The next time I’m in Tempe, I will definitely visit here again!!!“

This location has gone through some changes in the last 6 months, and they are changes for the better! I feel like the ones working there care about the product they deliver and the cleanliness has improved drastically. 100% Black Angus Beef and fries cooked in tallow (iykyk) are so good!

“I haven't been to Smashburger in a long time. I saw a post about a free Smashburger and brought my daughter. We got 2 burgers Smash fries (Awesome!!) and drinks. I had a bacon BBQ double and my daughter had a bacon double. Hot, fresh, delicious! Can't believe I waited so long to come back!!“

“Stumbled into Bad Jimmy’s while visiting and was pleasantly surprised. Burgers were extremely fresh I was told with all local ingredients. Bad Jimmy’s is now on my must visit list when in the Phoenix area 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a good burger you give them a shot you won’t be disappointed.“

Malki, the owner, was working as usual and wearing many hats. She prepared the chicken shawarma as if she’d made it hundreds of times. It was quick and many others were right behind me waiting to put in. An order for the famous wrap. I like everything on it and extra spicy with the secret sauce. Pure deliciousness in every bite. I would have rated it at 5, but the sandwiches (medium originals) now have less meat than we normally get, the mustard was all in one place instead of spread, we asked for no tomatoes and we both got tomatoes. We had never been to a Culver's amd she walked us through the menu so patiently (we definitely didn't need to take that long at a fast food joint). She was so sweet. Everyone that worked there was so kind and friendly. And the burger was delicious.“
