“I have a Bachelor's Degree in Management and have managed many stores. Smashburger never has enough people to help at the register. The girl working the register did an amazing job under the circumstances, but I felt so bad for her. Corporate Management should be ashamed of themselves for making people work so hard for so little. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get my order and it is corporate management's fault for not making sure that your restaurants are better staffed!!!“

The restaurant itself was clean and I loved the open space. Hostess Rose was amazing. So friendly and professional, such a hard worker. She was taking orders, bussing tables, and delivering food with such ease, by herself I might add. Such a great experience. Thanks Rose.

“Meet with a group for lunch every Monday. Staff greets us by name, makes us feel welcome, and never makes us feel rushed to leave. Our orders are taken quickly and food is brought to our table. Food is freshly made, arrives quickly and is always hot. Love this place!“

“....that secret sauce though.... On one of my monthly walk, talk and drops (flyers) I stopped in here on the good word of a friend in the know. He was right. This place is top notch! Malki, the owner, was working as usual and wearing many hats. She prepared the chicken shawarma as if she’d made it hundreds of times. It was quick and many others were right behind me waiting to put in. An order for the famous wrap. I like everything on it and extra spicy with the secret sauce. Pure deliciousness in every bite. I would have rated it at 5, but the sandwiches (medium originals) now have less meat than we normally get, the mustard was all in one place instead of spread, we asked for no tomatoes and we both got tomatoes. Those things are not enough that I wouldn't go back and buy again. I would just mention the issues that I had the previous time. Overall, who *doesn't* like a Schlotzsky's sandwich?…“

“I’m basing this review not only on today, but also the other times I’ve been here. My main review other than today will be below today’s review:

My waitress today was Gloria. She was very on spot with her service, very kind and very professional! I enjoyed interacting with her today. She made my day go better. Too bad she’s in her mid-twenties. Otherwise I would have asked her out on a date or asked her for her phone number.

The food was great with the exception that this is the second time that I’ve gone here and the eggs were a little undercooked, but that problem was resolved this time. Also, this is the first or second time my hot chocolate could’ve been more chocolate and less water.

The atmosphere was fairly welcoming. Of course I can’t control the music, but let’s say I would prefer something else. The restaurant was nice and clean today.

My main concern coming here in the past was sometimes the food was okay, sometimes the waiter/waitress could have been faster and, if I remember right, sometimes the music would be too loud. Other than that, this restaurant has been fairly consistent on doing a good job. 👍“
