Great pizza and wings. You can order by the slice or get a whole pie. Staff were pleasant/friendly and professional. Really super vibe indoor and outdoor. They have a rewards program which is appealing. Pinball machines are a neat idea. Bonus for me is a 10 minute walk from my home. Night Owl AZ is a hoot!

This was perfect. We are currently in Arizona and we saw this place before coming here. We actually went last night and it was amazing. The food price is amazing. The food is amazing and the environment. Also, the pinball machines are crazy fun. The staff was Amazing and if you’re a skater/rock person like me. You will love it!

Night Owl Pizza & Drinks in Tempe is a new location on Mill Avenue, formerly the Golden Pineapple. It has undergone a beautiful turnaround with an appealing setting of tables, wall art, and choice of music. The restaurant has a larger overall footprint than the original Scottsdale location, featuring more bar seating and tables, a smaller patio, and a fun pinball alcove in the back with other games and a Zoltar machine. The vibe is awesome, suitable for big groups or a date night.
The menu is the same or very similar to the other location. The food is so damn good, with pizza that is highly recommended. They offer pizza-by-the-slice, including a lunch special with a slice of pepperoni pizza and wings. The wings are amazing. For those with dietary needs, the gluten-free pizza is exceptional. Cocktails are tasty, including a tiki-type frozen drink called the "Golden Pineapple." Service is fantastic, with staff being super nice and apologetic when issues arise; management handles situations with fantastic gestures like discount cards. It is a great local spot with a cool pinball culture, featuring old playfields reused in the decor, making it really fun for enthusiasts.
