“This vegan food is so yummy and unique, with an ever changing menu, made with local and organic veggies. Some of my favorites are the cheesy sunflower mac, kale salad and green goddess potatoes made on Wednesdays. The oatmeal cookies were yummy. Housed in a cozy quiet courtyard with the sounds of water and surrounded by plants, it's the perfect place to eat lunch. They even sell local makers items and art! ?“
“I absolutely loved eating here! I had the awaze tibs entre with the side of salad that comes with it. The awaze tibs tasted buttery, savory, and full of rich detail with a combination of noteworthy spice and sweetness that comes from beef tips being cooked in awaze hot sauce. The service was great while the dining atmosphere was also extremely authentic with great Ethiopian posters of artistry and other wall decor. I am so glad I came here to eat!“

“Do you like tacos? Do you like DELICIOUS tacos? Then you have to check out Salt Tacos! We paid them a visit last night. We ordered the Toritos (so good), a quesadilla w/ carne asada and avocado and then some fish, carne asada, shrimp, pork and discada tacos. Not only was all the food absolutely delicious, the tacos are packed! And then to finish off the delicious meal, we had their Flan and a slice of the Tres Leches cake which were amazing. This is a family owned business and everything is homemade. They visit different businesses during the week, so follow their page to stay up to date to where they will be next.“

“In Tempe for my first time, for work. Came here for lunch. The boss found it doing recon before we came out and suggested it. I was looking for something light but filling and good and I love me some Mediterranean so this seemed like the place. I'll start but saying I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they offered a bowl for $12. In the end I did added feta for +$2 but in the end, well worth it. I got the chicken gyro with salad base and tiziki. OMG!! This bowl was bomb! It was so delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor. The chicken gyro was so tasty I would 100% get it again! Decent amount of seating inside. Street parking is what you get here so could be hit or miss.“

I placed my order for pickup and it was ready and packed to go exactly when I arrived at my requested pick up time. I will definitely be a frequent customer!“
“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Green New American Vegetarian, and while we enjoyed the overall experience, there were a few hiccups that prevented us from giving it a full five stars. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the staff were friendly, but the service was just okay.The main reason for the four-star rating was our order of West Coast fries, which unfortunately arrived drenched in sauce and served cold. This was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to trying them. However, the saving grace was the deliciousness of our Big WAC burgers. They were flavorful, satisfying, and a definite highlight of the meal. Despite the minor issues with our order, we appreciated the efforts of the staff and the quality of the food overall. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, Green New American Vegetarian has the potential to be a five-star dining destination. We would consider returning in the future, especially for those mouthwatering Big WAC burgers.“
