“We are here from Massachusetts visiting our son who just had surgery. He wanted to take us for some amazing food and man he was spot on ! We have been here for five days and we eat out a lot. This Zu & Pocha Restaurant is by far top notch. It not only exceeded all of our expectations but surpassed a couple of crazy high-end joints that couldn't hold a candle to this place. I would be remissed if I didn't mention the amazing team effort from a top notch staff. Back home you would have a line out the door. My wife and I are stuffed with delicious food and drink. We will be back without question every time we visit our son or should I say we will visit our son when we come back to have a fantastic meal for a great value. “The best sushi I’ve ever had. The appetizers are so unique and an incredible burst of flavor in your mouth with Every. Single. Bite. I highly recommend the itchy sea bass, shishito peppers, and the beef hot rock! Holy shizzzzz you will not be disappointed! Make sure to keep the extra sauce from the peppers to dip literally any roll they have in because they are all out of this world! It’s almost not “sushi” with how each roll takes your taste buds for a perfectly balanced ride of holy crap flavor, punch, smooth, mmm mmm mmhmmmm! Take your friends, take your date, take your mom. Everyone will love this and remember this experience forever. 🥹“

“This place is kinda weird in that it's in the middle of the ASU food hall building and is kinda hard to find, and the system of ordering and getting your food was confusing and not fully explained at first.
However once I got it I really liked it. The food was really good, they have free drinks, and even were giving out free sides of potato chips too. And they have a lot of vegan/allergy friendly options!“

“Love this place so much. The food is authentic, and the staff is super friendly. The sushi is fresh and amazing, and even better when you save a few bucks on happy hour. The Izakaya menu is delicious and you definitely should get a few to share. If you’re a ramen lover, this is the spot - some of the best I’ve had outside Japan!“

“I am a little biased when it comes to conveyor belt sushi, thus the 5 star rating. Never the less we have been here twice once in the afternoon after lunch and once around dinner time and like a buffet the food is fresher when it is getting eaten more often so keep that in mind. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and the prices were very reasonable. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Will be back when in Phoenix.“
