“Matsuri Izakaya on Mill is a great Japanese restaurant in Tempe. I really liked the ordering process with the tablet. Being able to see the different options made it much easier to decide what I wanted.

The food was a great surprise. We tried several different dishes, and everything was really good, especially the salmon. They also have a nice selection of Japanese beers, which was a big plus.

“Omg! This place is so amazing. The quality of the meat, and vegetables. Everything is black and dark green super cool looking inside. Nice lighting and ambiance. We had two types of broth 2 types of meat ramen and rice and delicious spring rolls. The best part of the experience was a guy named Brenden. Professional, well spoken, so attentive, and described everything very thoroughly or eloquently. Took care of us and made us feel like no one else was in the restaurant. We would come back just for Brenden because our experience was so great. Definitely bringing friends and coming back!“

“I enjoyed my visit to Silverlake Ramen in Tempe. The food was good, and the corn was especially delicious. I also really liked the atmosphere and the restaurant’s location, which is convenient and close to ASU.

The service was fast and friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. My only real complaint was the portion size. The portions felt quite small for the price, and I would have liked to see a little more food.

Overall, it’s a nice spot with a good atmosphere, friendly service, and a convenient location near ASU. I would consider coming back, but I hope the portion sizes improve.“
