“King Salmon is our go-to sushi spot. First I should start by saying we love the owner and the entire team. They’ve been incredibly kind and welcoming since day one. The sushi is great quality fish and for a wonderful price. I usually start with a miso soup or edamame, then I share the medium or large Sashimi and get a roll for myself. The Saguaro is my favorite roll, but I like many of them. I love the spicy tuna hand roll too“

“Our family loves Xami Sushi. It may not look like much from the outside but the sushi is delicious and the chef was trained by a Japanese sushi chef. We are so happy that this little spot opened up right in our neighborhood because our family loves to eat sushi multiple times a month but we always had to drive so far for it. There are lots of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to choose from. We have come back again and again. It's nice sitting up at the bar and chatting with the chef. The decor is nice and my daughter loved the little dinosaur chopstick holders. Love that they also have fresh wasabi by request. We'll be regulars for sure.

Parking: It's a small location but plenty of parking for the size of the place.

“The food was delicious. I had takoyaki which came with 4 good pieces. Topped with sauce, a drizzle of mayo and bonito flakes. Then black garlic ramen. Noodles were cooked just right, pork and egg on top and a very rich broth.
The server was very nice and helpful. The place is very plain so the only real atmosphere is a nice view of mountains out the windows. There's a bar at the side of the restaurant and there was a happy hour menu.“

“I stopped by this location with my family on our way back to Tucson after my son's graduation in Glendale on Thursday. We got a two of the sushi burritos, two of the sushi on a stick, one super crunch shrimp roll, one dynamite roll, two of the gyoza and some miso soup along with four drinks ( two ramune peach & strawberry, an aloha guava nectar and a fountain drink ). Everything was good but my favorite by far was the super crunch shrimp roll ?. The dynamite roll was also good with a bit of a bite to it and the sushi on a stick was nice and crunchy. We did order more than what was necessary because we wanted to try things ( and I don't think we were thinking of how big the burritos were going to be ) so we ended up having enough leftovers for the next day ?. My son and I both picked different things to go inside our burritos and both only ate half but we did really enjoy them. My youngest daughter's favorite thing to do is to pop the marble in the ramune bottle ?. She will ask for one every time she sees them ☺️.“

“This was absolutely incredible. Our old go to sushi place changed ownership and quality, so we picked a new one based on reviews. So glad we came here tonight!

First off, the service was awesome and Jeff, our waiter, was extremely personable and attentive. He helped make our night even better.

Secondly, please do not leave without trying the Thai curry tonkatsu hot pot. Holy moly this is my new go to tonkatsu. I want this every time I’m sick now ? the broth was perfectly flavored and balanced, the chicken was soft but not chewy, the veggies were amazing, and the noodles were very well done. My husband even noticed how relaxed I got after eating it. It was perfection. The huge ass bowl was more than enough for a whole meal for two people, let alone the apps and sushi we also got.

Thirdly, the rest of the food. I am from an Oceanside city and I am incredibly picky about my seafood and sushi. I rarely find any I like in this landlocked valley. The sushi here was incredibly fresh, generously portioned, and overall amazing. We ate it before I could take pics. We got the Alaska roll, salmon nigiri, salmon crunch, and one other I forgot the name of. All were incredible.

For apps, we got the jalapeño poppers and the soft shell crab. Please, do yourself a favor and get the crab. It was a whole crab and it was juicy and flavorful. The jalapeño popper was also the perfect amount of spice; tasteful but not deadly.

The best part? For all of the above (2 apps, 3 rolls, nigiri, and a huge hot pot) plus tip was only $97.00. That was incredible.

“Another diamond just sitting right in front of my face and me paying no attention to my surroundings. Today was the day we finally ventured into Moto. After living within a 1 mile radius from this restaurant for the past 20 years ?. We've never visited because the company name is Moto Sushi and no one in the household eats sushi. Yesterday while staring at the building I realized that they've held that location forever....so the food must be really good. So we looked at the menu and realized that they do sell other items other than sushi. We decided to try the orange chicken bowl,the stoner bowl and pho. All were spectacular! The stoner bowl was insane, imagine boneless wings on top of a salad on top of a bowl of rice ?. Online the stoner chicken did kind of resemble the color of orange chicken, buffalo chicken. The chicken is cut thin,fried to perfection and topped with a delicious buffalo sauce. I would have never imagined eating a buffalo wing mixed in salad or in a bowl of rice. The orange chicken bowl was also delicious. Tangy,sauced orange chicken in a bowl of rice always hits the spot. Last but not least the vegetable pho(with chicken added)in a ginormous bowl. An amazing broth mixed with so many veggies and crunch it soothes the soul. To top it off apparently everyday they have a happy hour menu that can save you a few bucks. Every bowl can easily feed 2 people, The restaurant is cozy and quiet in the afternoon but gets busy later in the day. Well maintained restaurant with a great staff,we can't wait to visit again. That is after we finish the gigantic amounts of leftovers ?. Moto is WAY MORE than sushi( I'm sure the sushi is also amazing). Each bowl/plate will run about $11-$22.“

“I'm surprised we haven't seen this place before, so I'm assuming it is new. We went here for happy hour and the prices were incredible for the quality of food we got.

The sushi was very fresh and had tons of fish in it. Service was great. We came in when it was quiet and the place filled up soon after 6pm. Everything came out in a timely manner except I think they forgot our edamame order, but they brought it to us later on and didn't charge us for it.

My kid got a miso soup. I was expecting a small container like I'm used to, but this was a large bowl of soup and she was thrilled.

Our favorite roll was by far the seared salmon roll, but honestly there wasn't a single roll we could complain about. The jalapeño poppers were very tasty. I'm not usually a fan but these were very good! Their tempura batter was very crispy. I ordered a salmon handroll and was pleasantly surprised when they brought out 2!

“I absolutely recommend checking this spot out. The food is so delicious. It's a walk up and order spot. My favorite thing is the bulgogi beef hot stone. They put all of the cooked ingredients separated in a hot stone bowl and top it with an over easy egg. Once you get it you use your fork and spoon to mix everything together and the heat from the hit stone cooks the egg further scambling it, so it's a little bit if an experience too.
