“Food quality is top notch. Each dish was carefully explained and the server made sure we had the right combination and food pairings.

We had the the beet salad, stuffed pasta, branzino with creamed potatoes, perfectly executed and well seasoned. The portions were just right for a tasting menu.

The service was was attentive, perhaps a bit rushed and the mood of the music contributed to the energy. The tables are very close together which mean the atmosphere is intimate.

All in all, a very good dining experience, that is casual combined with high quality.“

“Platform 18 is such a cool, unique spot. It’s a small space so reservations are a must — but that’s what makes it feel intimate and special.

The bar staff really lean into the immersive experience and make it more than just drinks. It actually feels like you’re transported somewhere else for the night. Definitely worth booking ahead if you want something different in Arizona.“

Located in Phoenix. Dive-y, lively, and casual with a generally good mood, but not particularly refined. Music volume is slightly too loud. Backbar is solid. Seating is versatile with bar seats, high tops, booths, and even a patio. Same ownership as the Century Grand bars (Platform 18, Undertow, Grey Hen Rx), but the atmosphere here is clearly more relaxed and less polished.

Nice-looking menu with average overall quality. Good drink selection. Flavors are generally good—Espress-OREO Martini stands out for being not overly sweet. Mr. Lee’s Manhattan could use better balance. No coasters. Glassware is average. Garnish is nice and drink-specific. Presentation, including ice, is good.

“Visited the spin room on Saturday 2/7/26. Sam was our server. She was very friendly, quick and efficient taking our orders. She made us feel very welcomed and we had a great time! We plan to come back impart because of the service Sam provided to us!“

“We had drinks here on a chilly Sunday night. The courtyard area was pretty comfortable. We found this place while exploring the downtown area in the morning. We got the Day-O and the Mr Crowley and settled in for some people watching. Both drinks were yummy. The Mr was nice and strong too.“

Grab a booth that hold groups, intimate tables, or fun fringy chairs at the bar…You can enjoy this small venue with special drinks, food or a sweet treat, get in a quick slow dance and enjoy looking at the coffee stained sheet music on the ceiling. “What an experience. We caught a pretend flight from San Francisco to Mexico City all while in Phoenix. Upon entering you get your tickets a boarding pass and a wings pin. Everyone was in character and costumes from a 1970s theme. The captain was funny with his jokes over the intercom. The complimentary drink was amazing. The other drinks we ordered were delicious as well. We had nuts that were brought to our table to snack on. They were good but definitely needed more snacks. A charcuterie board would have been nice or some finger foods. The guests sitting next to us were in great spirits and we had a great time. The decor and ambiance were impressive. It felt like we were really in the 70s at a speakeasy. Highly recommend a visit atleast once. Great for a date or girls date. Or if you have someone visiting Phoenix. Its a must see.“

“Nana had the kids, so we stepped out for an after work cocktail date night. Twenty6 lounge is the bar in the lower lobby of @jwdesertridge and is a casual spot for resort guests, or a couple on a mini date night.

We each enjoyed a couple of drinks while chatting about life. Sitting at the bar was quick service and quiet, but you can also relax in a plush patio chair out in the courtyard. Next time, we will plan better and be sure to play some arcade games in the new space before it closes at 9!“

“First I'd like to point out the food is fantastic, but my service was very off-putting. I came in town to visit friends and we decided to come to Richardson's because we love the food. My friend and I were seated, we ordered our food, and had some water while we waited. Close to 20min or so after, my friend asked our waiter Trey if we could get an estimated time on our food. Trey seemed annoyed and responded "I put the order in ladies, I don't know what else you want me to do"...wait, what?! We were clearly upset at his response because it was rude and uncalled for. I'm not sure if he sensed the vibe afterwards but he shortly came back with an estimated time which should have been his first response. He barely checked on us while making sure to stay on top of his other tables. That was very upsetting to me considering I flew in from another state, and it's tradition for my friend and I to eat here when I come in town. This experience has made me reconsider where our new traditional spot will be.“

“Met my son here for lunch yesterday to celebrate his birthday. He told me the restaurant was highly recommended to him by friends. The food and service did not disappoint. Starting with the chips and salsa - the salsa was so good we bought extra to take home. He had the Enchilada Suizas with beef and I had Green Corn Tamales. His plate was so full he ended up taking part of it home for dinner. I ate most of my amazing tamales, only leaving a bite or two I just couldn't finish. Sooooo good.
