About Tratto

Tratto is a charming restaurant that offers a relaxed upscale atmosphere with friendly, efficient staff. The menu features innovative, locally sourced dishes suitable for various budgets. Standout items include the Palomina cocktail, chicken livers on toasted sourdough, and generous portions of Gnocchi with spicy sausage and Corvina. Guests often praise the fresh, farm-to-table Italian cuisine, especially highlighting the halibut as incredible. The wine selection is beautiful, and the drinks are excellent, including artisan-grade gelato. The local beer selection offers enough styles to satisfy even beer enthusiasts. The restaurant's interior is wonderful, with chill lighting and good music creating a zero pressure vibe. Despite being located in an area with valet-only parking and some noise at the new location, the great service and food make it a favorite spot in the valley. Visitors also appreciate the nice decor and welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit special. Many guests see Tratto as a little escape, where everything is done right with care and skill, making it perfect for special occasions or just a nice meal out.

Loved the flavors and freshness of the food. Ricotta and honey with focaccia was amazing! Small place so make a reservation.
Great experience. It's a small quaint place with friendly staff always available for suggestions. I got the little gem salad with the most incredible shallot vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan. The bartender recommended the bucatini and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly with a peppery sauce. The wine was a collaboration between the owner and an Oregon vintner. Fantastic. This will become a regular spot for me when in Phoenix.
Tratto gets it SO SO SO right EVERY TIME. The food steals the show...but the excellent service, strong mixology game, and cozy environment makes it even more remarkable. And the LOCAL produce any-old-time is stellar....but a delicious fresh salad sans ER risk in this particular summer felt like Lotto.
