Welcoming, personable and great service (I have worked in hospitality the last 6 years). We were there for our anniversary and the waiter came out to serenade us! Our bartender stepped out as we were leaving to say good bye. The food was delicious! Bread, anti-pasto, all the entrees our party ordered all to perfection. 6 top and all the food was hot, pasta cooked perfectly. Truly the best. Wish I we had this place back home. My only disappointment was when it came time to pay we were charged an extra 4% on top of our bill because we paid with a card and I feel like that is something that should be noted ahead of time. It was our first time there so it caught us off guard. “This was a great restaurant and a pleasant surprise for us. We had had a favorite Italian restaurant in Phoenix that had closed and we were disappointed that we could not find something that memorable. This restaurant was that memorable. From the live music, to the wonderful service, to the great food, to the outstanding cannoli at the end, this restaurant was amazing.  We shared a Caesar salad and I had eggplant Parmesan that really was outstanding. I heartily recommend this restaurant and we will return!!“

We have been together a substantial amount of time relative to humans and in that time, twice her food has come out exactly the way she ordered it. “The food here is so good! We usually get pizza which we think is the best in Phoenix, but they have sandwiches and pasta dishes that we would like to try also. On our last visit there was a small ingredient left off of our pizza. When our server brought out our pizza she told us there was an error made and that the correct pizza was already in the oven. It was such a small item that we would have just accepted the pizza she brought out. But the new one was already in the oven and she brought it out for us to take home when we were finished eating. We considered that great service. They didn't ask us what we wanted them to do, they just did what was right. This place easily earns it's 5 stars!“

“A Hidden Gem in North Phoenix!

This deli is a lovely little gem tucked away in North Phoenix. The space is spotless, and it’s clear they use only top-quality ingredients. Service was quick, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They even had the weekend’s PGA final playing on the TV, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

I ordered a small meatball sandwich and a drink, and I was genuinely impressed by both the taste and the value. To my surprise, the meal also came with a small bag of Lay’s potato chips and a fantastic pickle — seriously, one of the best I’ve had!

I’m thrilled to have found this spot so close to my new apartment. It’s definitely going to be a regular stop for me. Highly recommended — I’ll 100% be back!“

“I came to Saint Pasta expecting a meal… I left spiritually healed.

Every dish looked like it was blessed by an Italian grandma who doesn’t play about her sauce. The rigatoni? Perfect. The Vodka Parm? Had me questioning every life decision that led me to eat frozen food before this. And don’t even get me started on that creamy pasta with the lemon—simple, but somehow life-changing.

Also, whoever decided to casually drop a cloud of ricotta on top of pasta deserves a raise immediately. That’s not a topping, that’s an experience.

10/10. No notes. I would fight someone over the last bite and then apologize because this place clearly made me a better person.

They accommodated the fact that my husband has hearing aids so they put us at a corner booth. The food was absolutely ridiculous and we just had a great time. I'm Italian and part of our culture is pressing very high expectations on Italian restaurants and always being disappointed. The experience I had at Avanti for my birthday this weekend completely blew away my expectations and involved some of the best food I've had in about 5-6 years. I'm super glad I had the Papardelle - Avanti has had the same pasta chef for over 40 years and it shines through in every bite. The appetizers, bread, salads, all of it was exquisite and stupendous and the environment and decor was soooo retro amazing. Finally the Tiramisu was made by angels. I haven't had a drink in 6 years and I got a slight buzz from it! 😅“
