“I’ve been here before when they were at the downtown location and already loved it—especially the cacio e pepe (my favorite!) and the service. Somehow, coming back after the move was even better.

Melissa was an absolute gem—knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The chicken was hands down the most flavorful, perfectly seasoned, least-dry chicken I’ve had at a restaurant. And the tartine for dessert? amazing. The whole menu feels really uniquely crafted and grounded in local foods.

The open kitchen is such a quaint, intentional detail that pairs beautifully with the interior design of the space. Wish I’d taken more photos.

“As soon as I walked in the door I knew we landed at the right place. Old school family style authentic vibe. ALL of the staff are amazing. Welcoming, personable and great service (I have worked in hospitality the last 6 years). We were there for our anniversary and the waiter came out to serenade us! Our bartender stepped out as we were leaving to say good bye. The food was delicious! Bread, anti-pasto, all the entrees our party ordered all to perfection. 6 top and all the food was hot, pasta cooked perfectly. Truly the best. Wish I we had this place back home. “I took my Mom here last night. It was our first time. Everything was phenomenal from the food , to the service to the atmosphere! There was a gentleman playing the guitar and singing. It was lovely. The owners were checking on customers, serving food, and taking cleated plates. Super involved and super nice!!! Loved that. They take pride in their restaurant and it definitely shows. All staff were fantastic.
Nolan was our server, and was outstanding. He was warm and welcoming , very accommodating, and has a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable about the food.

It was delicious,strong (how I like it) and refreshing. Mom had a tasty glass of Cab.
We started off with the Bruschetta. Full of flavor. So good. My Mom had Linguine and clams and I had Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp 🤌🏽 They make their blue cheese dressing in house and it is the bomb! Both dishes were absolutely fabulous. The Alfredo sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had.
We closed out our dinner with a glass each of homemade Limoncello over ice, tiramisu, limoncello cake.
We finished our drinks over at the bar to watch the live music. Heather and the other bartender were awesome. Made us feel right at home. They even let me sample the homemade orangecello. Yum!! We met a sweet local man who’s been coming to the place for over 20 years. He called it his “Cheers”.

“First time stopping in and I can’t believe I didn’t know this spot existed right in the Midtown/Uptown area! We’re definitely adding this to our regular rotation.
​My husband was craving a meatball sandwich and gave it a solid thumbs up—the sauce was a bit on the extra-juicy side, but the bread held up great and had fantastic flavor. I went with a slice of pepperoni pizza and a Greek salad. The salad ingredients were super fresh, and the pizza crust was spot on: crisp, sturdy, and not floppy or soggy at all.
​What really made the visit was the hospitality. The woman working the counter was so warm and welcoming, and the cook even checked in on us as we were finishing up to make sure everything was great.

“We stopped here well on a trip to Arizona. We were looking for more reasonably priced restaurants and they were hard to come by but this place not only had great prices but the food was extremely flavorful and fresh. The restaurant was clean and modern.“

We went to celebrate my birthday, we were a large group, which did get a little bit loud, occasionally. But the service and food was great. “First time we have been here and were pleasantly surprised. It was happy hour so were able to try a couple different smaller apps for a bit cheaper than a full serving. Had the thin crust pizza and it was fresh and cooked great. The sauce had a sweetness to it that was really good. Service was great too. Will definitely be going back.“

“A homey, locally owned Italian sub shop serving moist hearty meatball subs. For $13, you get a large meatball sub, a bag of chips, and a pickle slice!

To describe the meatball sub, it is lightly sauced, heavily cheesed, and oh so flavorful and moist. You don't care that it isn't dripping with sauce because the meatballs are so tender and juicy that your mouth isn't dry for a second.“

They were out of the non-alcoholic beer that my husband wanted, the pizza was a bit underdone, and it was so noisy I could barely hear my husband. It was a bit stressful. We ate less than half of our pizza and planned to take the rest home for left-overs, but unfortunately we left the box sitting on our table and when we realized and returned 5 or 6 minutes later, it had already been discarded. Though it was our bad for sure, for not realizing we didn't have our box, still disappointing we didn't get to enjoy the rest of our $50 pizza.
