“TOP NOTCH customer service!!! I ordered curbside online. 104 degrees outside. 4:30pm on a Friday. Somewhat large order. A lovely employee came out with a genuine smile and genuine care to tell me they were packing up the order, it would be a few minutes and offered to bring me anything I wanted to drink. I declined and she asked me if I was sure. When the order was ready, another truly friendly employee brought the order out and she offered to stay there --- in the blazing heat and sun while I was in my A/C car --- if I wanted to check the order before leaving! Our order was accurate and fresh and piping hot. I drove about 25 minutes out of my way to go to this location (from South Scottsdale to Fiesta Mall in Mesa) because the location 2 miles away from my home was closed to make room for new apartments. It did not disappoint. It had been a while and we were CRAVING some OG. We were highly satisfied in all aspects, and it really was a great experience. Thank you 😀😀😀“

“I ordered cannolis for pickup last night, and they were absolutely perfect. What the staff didn’t know is that these cannolis were in honor of my late brother’s first heavenly birthday. He was a talented chef who loved making cheesecake and cannolis, so this dessert holds a special place in our hearts. The team here couldn’t have known the meaning behind the order, but I truly appreciated the care that went into preparing them. “My wife and i came in at 9pm for dinner tonight. Usually when we come to restaurants at this time of night before close, it’s never that great. Tonight tasted amazing! We got the filet mignon Marcella with sautéed spinach, pasta, wheezy, and calamari. We also were lucky enough to have Amanda tonight. We sat in the bar. I will miss the Texas sized portions of lasagna and her Italian wedding soup. Ditto for lemon cake! We will definitely return upon re-opening!

The real stars at this establishment were go to select staff. The maitre'd and his girlfriend / server were always delightful! Always happy to see us too! They deserve 10 stars!

The cheese pizza was thin, cheesy and perfect, I would say this is my favorite cheese pizza in the state so far. The carbonara was delicious, I added crushed red pepper to mine, because I love some heat!! The garlic bread dipped in Alfredo sauce from here, I swear I’d have it as my last meal, it was that delicious!!! Everything my family has tried for here was fantastic!!“

“We’re from other states. My husband is from Texas and I am from Louisiana. We met on the pipeline and started our own business which keeps me returning to mesa Arizona 2-3 times a year. The steel mill has recommended this business and we love it! It’s a must stop every time! I can’t wait to eat here every time I’m in town! The people, atmosphere, and food is amazing!! Maybe it's just me, I do this with Chinese food too, but Venezia's tastes as good as the pizza on TV looks!! The bread to sauce to cheese ratio is perfect! And if you wanna feed your family fairly inexpensivly this is your place. The pizzas good and you can get it by the slice, which is super helpful when your family likes different things. Last time I was there my bill was $50 and there was 5 of us! You just can't beat that!“

“Tonight I took my wife to Brooklyn V’s at Jermaine and Gilbert in Gilbert for her birthday. My wife ordered spaghetti and a house salad. I ordered meatball calzones with a house salad.. I however, was very disappointed in the calzone. There was no meatball in the calzone. There were strips of some kind of meat in the calzone that tasted nothing like meatballs.. I asked the waitress what kind of meat it was. She said she didn’t know but would check. She came back and told me it was beef and pork. I didn’t order pork I don’t like pork. When the menu says meatballs, it should be meatballs, not pork and some kind of weird tasting beef. If I had ordered spaghetti and meatballs, would it have been strips of this kind of meat across the spaghetti something to think about?“

The chicken parm was initially burnt to a crisp (tasted like charcoal), but the kitchen quickly remade a fresh plate for us. The fried ravioli appetizer was piping hot and delicious, the wine disappeared quickly (we recommend 19 Crimes - its our new favorite) and the cannolis were the cherry on top of our meal. “Ordered pizzas and wings on halloween, had trouble with online system so put requests in comments and hoped for the best. Caleb called me to confirm what we wanted and I missed the call. I called back a couple minutes later. They had made the pizza how the system made me put it in which was only half right. Without any hesitation he said he'd make us an additional pizza. I offered to pay for it and he said no it was all ok. We come to this location a couple times a month and spend about 80 everytime. And because of Caleb and his amazing service will continue to visit this location over others. Thank you so much!“
