This location (Dana park) is great place with friendly staff and it’s so clean! We are grateful such a healthy place near us!“

During Covid they were hit pretty hard and understandably up’d their prices… I thought they would maybe come back to being a little closer to what they were. NOPE!! “I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant about coming to Olive Garden today because of some things I’ve recently seen on social media regarding how the company has treated one of their servers. However, I decided to come in anyway, and I’m so glad I did because Kevin was absolutely phenomenal! He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our entire visit. Honestly, Kevin took the “When you’re here, you’re family” slogan seriously because he really made us feel like family! 😂 He truly made our experience enjoyable. I tried almost ever tempora item (eggplant,broccoli, mushroom, zucchini and a few others) We also tried some of their sushi and the fried rice. We loved everything we tried and will return to try more of the items they offer. We unfortunately got full too fast.“

“My 11 year old son and I stopped in for some sushi tonight and I must say. I've never been so mistreated by a place of business in my entire life. Food was just ok. Nothing special. I ordered 10 piece sashimi, 2 rolls, stuffed jalapeños, miso soup and a sculpin ipa. The girl didn't know what sculpin was and asked for me to point it out on the menu so I did. Our food started coming out and 4 of the 5 items were already on the table and my son and I were starting to get full. The waitress hadn't brought my beer yet and I stopped her and reminded her I hadn't gotten the beer I ordered and I no longer wanted it since we were already pretty far along into our dinner. After I mention this she quickly hurrys to the bar and brings the beer apologizing for the delay. I tell her like I said I no longer wanted it so she took it away. Later when she brings the check the beer that I didn't receive and said I no longer wanted was still on the check. I asked her to please remove it. The owner comes over and in an agitated and aggressive manner asks if there is a problem wirh the bill. I told him yes the beer needed to be removed. He says no he will not remove it since it was already poured. He walks over to bar and brings it back and says here is your beer you need to pay for it. I explained to him how I received it after I had gotten most of my food and no longer wanted it but he refused. He was beyond rude and unreasonable. Most restaurants would take back a beer even if you take a drink and don't like it, I didn't get my beer until I was done with 50% of my food and didn't want it anymore! I mentioned something about his poor customer service and how it's no surprise the place is empty with no customers. The guy gets really heated and demands j pay for the drink. I got up and told my son let's go and the owner begins to assault me pushing me in the shoulder to back me up. 3 of his staff and my son witnessed this. He then stood in front of the doors and would not let us exit until I signed the credit card slip. I went back to the table and signed it "F You" and he let us out but after he read the signature the owner ran outside the store threatening me and getting into my face while calling the cops. His staff even thought he was crazy and were begging me to sign it and they offered to reimburse me $5 cash for the beer. They said their boss was having a bad day. The staff even agreed that the beer came out late which should not have been problem to have it removed. I ended up scribbling something on another copy of the credit card receipt and he finally allowed us to walk away without harassing us. My son was so scared he was calling 911 himself because of how the owner was assaulting me and up in my face. All this mistreatment over a $5 draft beer. I will never step foot in this place again and I should press charges against the owner for putting his hands on me and assaulting me. He even mentioned he has it all on camera so he can validate himself everything that took place. I read over other reviews for this place and it seems this owner likes to argue and fight rather than take accountability for his and his staffs actions. It's unacceptable for anyone to EVER be treated this way, EVER.“

The food was delicious, but I think food always tastes better with amazing service. I've been to the Oreganos in Tucson but this location has made a lasting impression!“

“There are very few fast food places I eat anymore. Once I lived on them. Now I very careful where I spend my money. They have to have quality and they have to be priced right. This location is great. The employees are super nice and the owner is too. I love skipping the line ordering from my app and they bring it to my table. Usually quickly. They also fix any issues fast (not that many to speak of).“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“Salad and go is delicious, healthy, fast, and high quality food.

Their breakfast burritos are stellar, but so are their wraps and salads. Had the buffalo chicken wrap and the Arcadia salad recently. I was really impressed with the salad. The chicken was fresh, moist, and warm.

As a working-mom (who was trying her best to get through the drive thru and make this experience fun), Aidan was our kind cashier. We had a yummy dinner and spent the evening playing and having a fun night playing with our Chick-fil-A costumes/ signs from the website and toys. He did the rough work and returned a text in about an hour telling me he had retrieved the retainer and that it was at the store waiting to be picked up again! What amazing staff you have here! “Chloe took our order and was very nice. As we were waiting i noticed her walking orders to tables, taking orders, getting drinks. Our order was taking longer than expected so I walked to to the counter on the side and saw our order waiting. As she finished taking another order i pointed and asked for it. She politely got it, apologized for the wait. I felt terrible bc since we had come in the restaurant for busy. There was a lot of help in the drive-thru but only 1 cashier doing EVERYTHING. I had to come back up bc our fries were cold, she was maintaining composure and kept smiling. I mentioned she needs back up and she sofly said several people called out. I was impressed how polite she was and how hard she was working. I don't of a lot of people who would've been able to keep a smile with the over load she had. She should get a bonus!“
