“Since developing food allergies, this was by far the best restaurant experience of my life! We were visiting from out of town and I saw an article on “Visit Mesa” about the food inclusion initiative they have. Only people with allergies understand the anxiety around eating out and hoping you won’t accidentally be exposed. The first thing we were asked was “What are your allergies?” My mind was instantly at ease. The food was wonderful and the service amazing! I can’t wait to come back.“

This location (Dana park) is great place with friendly staff and it’s so clean! We are grateful such a healthy place near us!“

“We’re from other states. My husband is from Texas and I am from Louisiana. We met on the pipeline and started our own business which keeps me returning to mesa Arizona 2-3 times a year. “It's very crowded, not always like that. But 99% of the time, it is didn't have to wait too long, like 1520 minutes to sit down. Considering all the people that were there, that was pretty good. The service we always have the same waiter. “Amazing all around. Plenty of parking in front, and accessible spots/ entrance area. Lots of seating inside and they have automated order machines too. The interior is clean and cozy.

“Under New Management, but essentially it's the same place. You check of what you want on the menu and they bring it to you, and you repeat the process until you're done. There's plenty of options of various Japanese dishes ranging from Udon soup to Yakitori and maki rolls. They have a pretty large selection of specialty rolls as well. On a very rare occasion they may forget a dish or bring out a dish you didn't order, but the staff are very polite. Overall, I highly recommend them. I think you'll have a good time.“

“My 11 year old son and I stopped in for some sushi tonight and I must say. I've never been so mistreated by a place of business in my entire life. Food was just ok. Nothing special. I ordered 10 piece sashimi, 2 rolls, stuffed jalapeños, miso soup and a sculpin ipa. The girl didn't know what sculpin was and asked for me to point it out on the menu so I did. Our food started coming out and 4 of the 5 items were already on the table and my son and I were starting to get full. The waitress hadn't brought my beer yet and I stopped her and reminded her I hadn't gotten the beer I ordered and I no longer wanted it since we were already pretty far along into our dinner. After I mention this she quickly hurrys to the bar and brings the beer apologizing for the delay. I tell her like I said I no longer wanted it so she took it away. Later when she brings the check the beer that I didn't receive and said I no longer wanted was still on the check. I asked her to please remove it. The owner comes over and in an agitated and aggressive manner asks if there is a problem wirh the bill. I told him yes the beer needed to be removed. He says no he will not remove it since it was already poured. He walks over to bar and brings it back and says here is your beer you need to pay for it. I explained to him how I received it after I had gotten most of my food and no longer wanted it but he refused. He was beyond rude and unreasonable. Most restaurants would take back a beer even if you take a drink and don't like it, I didn't get my beer until I was done with 50% of my food and didn't want it anymore! I mentioned something about his poor customer service and how it's no surprise the place is empty with no customers. The guy gets really heated and demands j pay for the drink. I got up and told my son let's go and the owner begins to assault me pushing me in the shoulder to back me up. 3 of his staff and my son witnessed this. He then stood in front of the doors and would not let us exit until I signed the credit card slip. I went back to the table and signed it "F You" and he let us out but after he read the signature the owner ran outside the store threatening me and getting into my face while calling the cops. His staff even thought he was crazy and were begging me to sign it and they offered to reimburse me $5 cash for the beer. They said their boss was having a bad day. The staff even agreed that the beer came out late which should not have been problem to have it removed. I ended up scribbling something on another copy of the credit card receipt and he finally allowed us to walk away without harassing us. My son was so scared he was calling 911 himself because of how the owner was assaulting me and up in my face. All this mistreatment over a $5 draft beer. I will never step foot in this place again and I should press charges against the owner for putting his hands on me and assaulting me. He even mentioned he has it all on camera so he can validate himself everything that took place. I read over other reviews for this place and it seems this owner likes to argue and fight rather than take accountability for his and his staffs actions. It's unacceptable for anyone to EVER be treated this way, EVER.“

“There are very few fast food places I eat anymore. Once I lived on them. Now I very careful where I spend my money. They have to have quality and they have to be priced right. This location is great. The employees are super nice and the owner is too. I love skipping the line ordering from my app and they bring it to my table. Usually quickly. They also fix any issues fast (not that many to speak of).“

Dreamland Villa a 55 plus retirement Community, where at least one resident must be at least 55 years old, offer so many activities such as an art, ceramics, lapidary, computer classes, quilting club, wood carving, as well as various Social clubs that meet in two different facilities every day
Membership rates are really inexpensive and if your life is not very exciting right now come and investigate how that can change in a moment!“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“The food is absolutely delicious. But for some reason, I just can't get over the smell In there. It sort of smells like when you're washing dishes or the water sits there with a mixture of sewage. I don't know. So when I ate the food, I kind of felt like I tasted that rank water in the veggies that were steamed and food. If that smell was gone it be so perfect. “We stopped by Panera Bread in Mesa, AZ, and it turned into a fun memory—my son, Kovana tried avocado toast for the very first time here! The staff had everything fresh and ready, the place was clean, and the service was smooth. The toast itself was simple but packed with flavor—crisp bread, creamy avocado, and a touch of seasoning that made it enjoyable.

What I really appreciate about Panera is the consistency. No matter where we’ve been, the service and food quality always feel dependable, and this Mesa location was no exception. Watching my son experience something new while everything around us was clean and welcoming made it that much better.

“I took my family to Fired Pie tonight to celebrate their last day of school because we all love pizza. I chose Fired Pie because the pizza is always delicious and the crust is always crispy. The kids were fascinated by the oven and wanted to watch their pizzas go in and come out. Bernardo told us about the process and the different jobs the people behind the counter have and was very attentive. He emphasized the importance of getting the pizzas right (which is why only very experienced and responsible people are allowed to use the oven). You can imagine the disaster of trying to move a pizza and folding it in half instead! Knowing the care and the pressure they feel to get every pizza cooked just right helps me appreciate even more the quality I have found at this location.“

I want to give them yet another compliment! You guys know how to hire staff that go above and beyond at every point, from the beginning of an order, the preparation of a great meal, superb service, and respectful, kind staff, to a clean place to sit and eat. Let me go a step further and brag about the manager I approached later in the day when I realized a teeth retainer container had been thrown away. He went above and beyond when I came back with gloves to dig through the trash. He did the rough work and returned a text in about an hour telling me he had retrieved the retainer and that it was at the store waiting to be picked up again! What amazing staff you have here! We are thankful customers who stay faithful to your brand everywhere we go. Please never change! Your founder has set the precedent for exceptional service in the fast food industry, and everything about his principles has kept and will keep us loyal as long as you stay consistent. “Great service had a long line but the workers were fast with it ordered a 3 strip meal and a chocolate shake but guess what when he told me it was about 11 dollars I thought dang that’s cheap but he said that the chocolate shake was on them today!!!
Told him that was very nice of him and kind!
