“I always hit the drive thru here so I don’t have pictures. I’ve just got to say that whomever the hiring manager is here is absolutely brilliant at finding the right people.

Every single time I go the person at the window is happy, positive, super kind and knows how to do their job and provide stellar customer service.

Someone told me once to try their grilled chicken Cesar wrap so I did. That turned into a habit. One because it’s amazing, two because it’s about the only descent priced fast food place in America and three, the team.

Absolute success at running a business. Please don’t change. You’re our last hope for fast food in America. I feel bad calling it that as you’re worlds ahead of the trash 98% of the other places provide.

***Update. Another amazing lunch and outstanding service. It makes me sad that you felt the need to apologize so much just because the first wrap was made with the sauce in it vs on the side. I wouldn’t even have complained. That tells me too many jerks still exist in this world. You deserve better treatment from customers.

“I have visited Tom Yum Thai Restaurant on just about every occasion I have visited my parents in Peoria. It is very good food and pleasant staff. On a visit on Wednesday, Megan was working. She immediately recognized my mom and asked why she hasn't been in recently. My mom was very happy to be recognized so warmly. During our lunch, that happened with almost every table! Megan KNOWS all of here customers... and they LOVE her back. With such dedication and commitment, I assumed that she was the owner, but I learned that she isn't. “Food was delicious. Ordered the cajun shrimp small plate, stuffed mushroom, crispy fried cheese, pasta da Vinci and shepards pie. Everything tasted great. Tried the shrimp for the first time and it was seasoned to perfection. Only issue was our cutlery and bread plates were dirty with food still on it so we had to get new ones. Service was great. Staff was very friendly.“

So we went to a different location and learned that they took all there employees from this location to another and closed this location, it sucks but hopefully they reopen again soon.“

It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“
