“The experience almost ruined my afternoon, but I didn't let it ? the young lady at the register needs practice. She was rude, talking over me. Cut me off every time I tried to speak. She didn't know the menu well. Didn't ask any questions so she just charged me for whatever. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The ladies preparing the food where a bit better. The seemed overwhelmed. My sandwich was pretty good.“
“My husband and I normally stop and go thru the drive-thru at the Panera on Happy Valley Rd after hiking in the area. We always order the cinnamon crunch bagels. In the last few weeks, we’ve had some of the absolute best, freshest bagels ever but, today, the cinnamon crunch bagel was one of the worst we’ve eaten. It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“
“This is my 2nd time coming here, and it has not failed to impress. Food here is so fresh, affordable for all you can eat, and it is absolutely delicious!I read some of the negative reviews, and I don’t think it’s true.My fiancé is Chinese and I’ve had hotpot in Asia. I’m highly aware that people are not used to Asian service, but this is as good as it can get. We need to be more open minded when it comes to the difference in service. All you need to do, is just put your hand up, and they’ll come to you. If not, just go up to them, and ask.The seafood is so fresh, and the soup is so delicious. We had the beef broth and Tom yum. We asked the Boss Mom to make it extra spicy.This is a family owned restaurant, and it’s just the lady and her 2 children. The boss mom was really nice to us. People might think she’s not, but she’s just direct.I hope people who come here will be more open to the service that is available.“

“I love this place! Delicious food, huge portions, orange chicken is the go-to food. I've explored other dishes, but orange chicken is my favorite. The young gentlemen that work there are super nice, there is also a lady that always remembers me. The place is clean and you will see people eating there, they have some tables. It's a great place to check out.“
“This Olive Garden is fantastic! First, I would like to preface this with, I generally don't even like Olive Garden. The service here was superb. Lenny was attentive and detail oriented without hurrying us on a busy Friday night. She answered every question patiently, ensured food was fresh,brought out quickly and dealt with a gift card on a machine not used to gift cards when we were checking out at the end. The food was flavorful, served hot, fresh and with good portions. The afore mentioned machine was a tablet with menus and other activities. The tablet was perfect for showcasing dessert items. My friend and I also ordered dessert and they looked exactly as pictured and were delicious.Andrew, the manager, came out multiple times just because he was doing his job and monitoring the dining room on a busy weekend night. I am not a fan of chain restaurants because the service usually sucks but this was the complete opposite.I was also impressed that Olive Garden had both regular menus and tablets to look at menu items instead of just QR codes. I was dining with an elderly family friend (and I have elderly parents) the QR code menus sometimes take away from an enjoyable dinner experience. Olive Garden had both a regular menu and a tablet instead of a QR code. My only regret is that I was supposed to fill out a survey on the tablet and my family friend was tired after chemo and I forgot to do that.I would I would recommend this Olive Garden to anyone! It was really great!Parking: Lots of spots in handicapped too“
“Overall good food. Our waitperson was very good. Lots of extra dishes etc with soup, salad & bread sticks. The bread sticks had no visible butter on them but tasted like they were soaked in popcorn butter. I was brought a different beer than I ordered. Entrees were better than I expected. The waitperson, Chelsea, was quite good considering how busy she was.“
“Came here after work with a friend and coworker. As soon as we were seated near the bar area our waiter Erick was extremely courteous in a good way. Whatever questions we had he answered. He was also kind, professional, personable , attentive , and friendly made the difference in our Olive Garden experience after a long day. We stayed longer than anticipated due to the phenomenal service.“
