I know it's conceited to say--but many times I eat at a restaurant thinking my own cooking is just as good. Not at The Sicilian Butcher--I couldn't begin to replicate the delicious food we ate.”

Hostess seems overwhelmed due to a lot of large parties which resulted in a wait beyond reservation time. We were told that we we would be compensated for the wait, but didn't see anything. Overall, steaks, sides and desserts were great. Would eat at this Fleming's location again.”

It was busy because it was a Sunday afternoon games were on got the drinks fast and the food was served hot and in a reasonable time I would highly recommend this place. This was the first time we will be back.”

Mike’s Market is one of those true hidden gems that you almost don’t want to tell people about but it’s just too good not to share. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and friendly, the kind of place where you can tell they genuinely care about their customers 😊👏
We ordered the garlic cheese pizza, and wow… absolutely incredible 🍕🧄🧀 The crust was perfectly cooked, not too thick and not too thin, with just the right balance of crunch and softness. The garlic flavor was bold but not overpowering, the cheese was melty and generous, and every slice tasted fresh and made with care. A large pizza easily fed four adults, and everyone was full and happy, which says a lot about the portion size and value.
What really stood out, besides the food, was how super nice and accommodating the staff was. Friendly service like that makes you want to come back again and again. This place is close to a friend’s house, and after this experience, it’s officially going to be a regular stop. If you’re anywhere near Peoria and want amazing pizza, great portions, fair prices, and awesome people, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t regret it 😄🔥🍕”

I absolutely love North Italia. I have been going to different Norths around Arizona and the Peoria location is my favorite. The service was amazing from start to finish, the server was so descriptive and helpful to me and my family and the whole experience just felt so welcoming. The hostesses are all so cute and nice, but I have to shout out Payten specifically — she helped us out and went above and beyond. When we asked her to take our picture, she took so many for us and was hyping us up the whole time, which was so sweet. She was super attentive and made the experience even better.

There were two minor issues, one small cleanliness in the bathroom (a hairclip on the shower curtain from a prior guest and a hair on the wall) and one random charge from another guest. The staff was friendly and the grounds well maintained. Only bigger issue for me was the windows had to stay closed the whole stay (I do not with to look into the hallway or have passing guests look in)... I generally expect windows on the outside of the unit - view may not be great but it's a usable window.. with the layout of the building that was not the case for us. That said, other units did have reasonable windows so it just depends what room you get. The location is nice - food and shopping not too far.. some decent hiking though some trailheads very difficult to find. It's also a reasonable distance from Sedona for a day trip if you haven't been out that way. Liked that had the option of an adult only pool and bar. We did not go to the spa but the options looked nice, just didn't make the time. Overall, from other timeshare locations we've been too - was pleasantly surprised by Bluegreen and would certainly recommend.”

I ask for and pay for extra splash of sweet cream and then not just cinnamon but I ask for extra and I don't even get a dash or punch of it at all. but then today there is Camel sauce in the cup and then drizzled on top. I don't have anything Carmel in my order at all. i order a venti iced americano with blonde espresso, extra sweet cream cold foam with an extra splash of sweet cream and extra cinnamon. Carmel is nowhere to be found in the order and then the word Extra is there but ignored. insert ingredients and ignore what is wanted. this happens more often than not at every location throughout the valley I go to. but the one on 83rd Ave and thunderbird is right by my house and I stop there on my way to work in the morning so I don't have a lot of time to sit for another 15-20 minutes for a new or fixed drink when I have sat there already for 15-20 minutes. I have gone to Dutch a few times and found a favorite there, I can just switch to them or even dunkin donuts is way cheaper and I've never had an issue with my drink made incorrectly when I went to them before. pay attention people. I've let it go on for too long and way to many times.”

I absolutely love North Italia. I have been going to different Norths around Arizona and the Peoria location is my favorite. The service was amazing from start to finish, the server was so descriptive and helpful to me and my family and the whole experience just felt so welcoming. The hostesses are all so cute and nice, but I have to shout out Payten specifically — she helped us out and went above and beyond. When we asked her to take our picture, she took so many for us and was hyping us up the whole time, which was so sweet. She was super attentive and made the experience even better.

I ordered a chocolate milk with their marshmallow protein creamer and somehow it tasted like a dessert AND a post-workout shake at the same time. Like… am I bulking or am I just living my best life?? The coffee though?? Smooth, creamy, dangerously good. The kind of drink that makes you feel like you could hit a PR right after finishing it—or at least talk like you could. And don’t even get me started on the bagel sandwiches. Extra creamy cream cheese, stacked like they’re trying to help you hit your daily calories in one bite. I’m pretty sure I gained strength just holding it. Overall review:

“Decided to try this place for the first time tonight and... way to leave something to be desired.
1. I'm gonna assume the dining room was half full of pizza boxes because of the super bowl tomorrow, so not counting that against ya.
2. Yes, I should've checked my order at the store, but it was already a late backup plan for dinner for the family. I ordered half cheese and half sausage and pepperoni since I have a 4 year old who loves cheese pizza. I get home to find half pep, half sausage. That said, the pizza did taste pretty good, especially when I took the pepperoni off one slice and added it to a slice of sausage.
3. Caesar salad was advertised to come tossed in dressing and it was dry. Thankfully I ordered an extra side of dressing and it turned out to be a pretty average salad.
4. Bread sticks were a waste of money. Imagine Olive Garden bread sticks, but with 1/10th of the garlic butter and dry. We didn't even finish half the order and I threw them out.
Will I be back? Jury's still out.
Update: Sub 48 hour response, which I'd even count as less than 24 because of the game yesterday. Thank you for the refund, you didn't need to do that. Also, not tossing the salads for pick up orders makes a lot of sense and I actually appreciate that. All in all, you have swayed the jury and I'll definitely give you guys another try in the not too distant future. Star ratings have also been updated.”
