“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

“Another win at Park West—this outdoor shopping area is just so cute, and Handel’s fits right in perfectly. The shaded outdoor seating is a huge plus, especially in the Arizona heat—such a great spot to hang and enjoy something sweet.

Their menu is massive, with tons of ice cream flavors, shakes, cones, and more—but they also offer a couple vegan options, which I appreciated. I went with the mixed berry sherbet (vegan) and added mixed nuts… SO good. Perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too tart, just super refreshing. Fair warning: a “small” is basically three scoops high 😅

My husband got the chocolate peanut butter brownie and loved it. Friendly service, generous portions, and an overall great vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.“

“I had never heard of this place until I googled something dessert related near me and and this place was amazing! The staff was super friendly and I cannot wait to take the kids back when it’s not date night.“

“This was my first time trying Mochinut. My niece and nephews wanted to try it. The donuts were very good . They had a lot of flavor. We got a 6 pack and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch was the best. We also tried, funnel cake, Oreo , Churro. Overall good service and donuts“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Was driving past on a really brutal July afternoon and pulled over on a whim. Ended up getting the lemonade and a shaved ice with vanilla ice cream underneath. That combo was unreal — cold, creamy, sweet but not too sweet. Stood in the parking lot eating the whole thing before I even got back in my car. Totally worth the stop.“

“I went into the store today. First time ever. I was craving a peanut butter cookie. Just peanut butter. I saw the selection, the peanut butter cookie had chocolate on it. I was going to walk out. The sweet girl behind the counter told me she just baked some new peanut butter cookies. I bought 4. I am sorry I didn't ask her name. She made my day. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you. It was my first time in the shop. The other sweet girl was also sweet. I asked, do neighborhood kids just follow you, cuz you smell like cookies? I will be back.“

“They have great desserts and very yummy! Child friendly atmosphere as well. I do wish they had a diaper changer in the restroom. Sometimes the customer service is not the greatest. Also, the prices are a little high for some things on the menu.“

“Everything we got was delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to pack baby food for my 9-month-old, and everything we ordered had either chili or dairy. My mother asked if she could buy a dessert with banana in it, but if they could serve the banana on the side so we could feed the baby too. They ended up selling her just a banana for $1. We all had a great time sharing some tasty mexican snacks!“

“I usually go at night sometimes when I want a good treat. The store is always cleaned and spotless. The manger that works at night is so cool and polite. The cookies are always fresh. Couldn’t asked for a better experience getting good dessert.“
