“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

Toby helped me tonight , from helping me figure out what ice cream I was ordering tooooo even placing the box ice cream in a bag for me just so I didn’t get cold holding it to my car !!!!!! great customer service over all ! “This was my first time trying Mochinut. My niece and nephews wanted to try it. The donuts were very good . They had a lot of flavor. We got a 6 pack and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch was the best. We also tried, funnel cake, Oreo , Churro. Overall good service and donuts“

The cookies are enormous, delicious, and bursting with flavor in every bite. The store is was clean, the staff is super friendly, and the whole experience just makes you smile. If you haven’t tried Crumbl yet, you’re seriously missing out!“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Treat Dreams lives up to their name! BEST BROWNIES EVER. I had asked if they made a certain flavor and they went above and beyond to make a special brownie for my husband's birthday. “I went into the store today. First time ever. I was craving a peanut butter cookie. Just peanut butter. I saw the selection, the peanut butter cookie had chocolate on it. I was going to walk out. The sweet girl behind the counter told me she just baked some new peanut butter cookies. I bought 4. I am sorry I didn't ask her name. She made my day. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you. It was my first time in the shop. The other sweet girl was also sweet. I asked, do neighborhood kids just follow you, cuz you smell like cookies? I will be back.“
