Our experience so far…the Arrowhead store has the friendliest staff. They are super professional, smile and greet and provide prompt service. Additionally, the store looks super clean. Would love to see more choices and chocolate cookies. The app is a plus for ordering pickups.
The Arrowhead Crumbl is a great cookie shop. The cookies I get there always look just like they're supposed to, they're delicious every time, and the staff are friendly and prompt. I love my local Crumbl!

The cookies are good depending on which flavor you get. The app is super user friendly and I like checking the weekly flavors on there. I will say that the customer service is non existent when you go in. No one says hi or smiles at you. When I went in the other night I was the only one there and I went up to the counter and asked for the cookie I wanted and the girl just stared at me. Didn't explain that I had to check out on the iPad or anything. It was a super weird customer...read full review
